This beach front unit offers everything your family may need to enjoy a comfortable stay on the beach. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the condo balcony or the beach. Gulf view from master bedroom and living room. Beach Palms is a well maintained building. It has a court yard and pool with barbeque grilling area. No need to take the elevator, take the staircase or ramp from this first floor condo, just steps to and from the pool and beach. The beach stretches 6 miles north to Clear water and 9 miles south to St.Pete Beach. Take a short walk or drive to enjoy a dinner at one of the many fine restaurants on Gulf Boulevard. Only 25 minutes to St Petersburg / Clearwater airport. 45 minutes to Tampa airport, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island water park. 90 minutes to Orlando, Disney World Universal Studios and Sea World.
