5* Luxury Over 2 Floors, Comfortably Sleeping 6 In 3 Double Bedrooms, Terrace

The Penthouse at Le Cesar is a very comfortable place to stay! With 3 double bedrooms to hotel standard, of which 2 have retractable roofs, sleeping under the stars is an experience! There is a family bathroom, an en-suite and a further cloakroom. All rooms have sliding wardrobes and air-conditioning. The beautiful lounge with dining area, sumptuous cream Italian leather sofa for 6 and oh so comfortable pony skin lounger is all for relaxing and watching a good film on SKY or DVD Connect your computer to wifi and stay in touch with family and friends. The love seat on the front balcony is for lovers only, all others can sit around the table and take in the view! The Italian kitchen has everything you may wish for! Large American fridge/freezer with ice and cold filtered water. An electric hob, char grill, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The spiral staircase on the back balcony leads to a roof terrace, where you will find everything you need to relax and eat.

Some people never leave! The private roof terrace and adjoining garden with fruit trees is so relaxing with comfortable sun loungers and nice thick cushions,a neck cushion for comfort and large towels, it is hard to get up. Plenty of umbrellas and a shower in case you need to cool down. Dining for 6 under a huge umbrella with stunning sea views is a must! Just light the BBQ and have drinks on the barstools, admiring the coastline as far as Italy, see the cruise liners come and go and dream on. Switch on the terrace lights when it goes dark and you have a truly magical place.

The apartment is in two wings off the hallway, great for people with children. No need to disturb each other and great to have your own space to relax in.

Of course there is so much to do and see in Monaco and The French Riviera, it is hard to fit it all in. Public transport is fantastic, so really no need for a car. There is free, secure, car parking available if you need it. The bus stop outside, 12 bus, takes you all over Beausoleil and Monaco. At Casino Square you can change to all other buses going to the Airport, Menton, Nice and all local bus routes. No need to walk anywhere if you don't want to.

Of course the train will take you right along this beautiful coast, hop on, hop off stop in every town, a new beach every day!.

The best advice I can give you is to come and see for yourself, you won't regret it!

300 days of sunshine is a good start wanting to spend time here. With the glamour and glitz of Monaco on your doorstep, wouldn’t it be exciting to rub shoulders with the rich and famous! Watch the world go by on Casino Square, rent a Ferrari and drive the Monaco Grand Prix track, shop in Chanel and Dior and have lunch on the Larvotte Beach. After that, go to Port d'Hercole, the main harbour, and feast your eyes on all the Superyachts right in front of you. A fantastic place to spend an afternoon is on The Rock, where the Palace is. Watch the change of the guard, go to the museum and do the Grace Kelly story. Don't forget to visit the church where Grace Kelly and Prince Ranier were buried. On top of that, there are fantastic concerts, the open air Olympic swimming pool, golf, tennis,sailing. The Botanic Gardens and Japanese gardens are stunning! That is before you leave town. The whole of the French Riviera is on your doorstep! Walk to the stunning railway station and trains leave every half hour stopping in every town on the line, Nice, Cannes, Grasse and Ventimiglia in Italy. The journey alone is very picturesque!. And to top that, in Winter there are great ski resorts, only about an hour away by car! What is there not to like!

  • Bedroom 1 is off the lounge and in the other wing of the apartment. It has a king-size bed (160cm), 2 bedside tables, (2 drawers) with table lamps, 4 nice thick pillows and a feather/down duvet, all with Egyptian cotton bedlinen. There is an en-suite with shower and toilet as well as a cabinet with 3 drawers, which houses the sink unit. A large mirror with lights will compliment this. A double wardrobe with sliding doors will give ample room to hang clothes. There is a French balcony on one side and a patio door opening onto the back balcony, both have electric shutters. The room is air-conditioned. Bedroom 2 and 3 are in the other wing, sharing a family bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and washbasin unit. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, built-in wardrobe, 2 bed site tables and patio doors onto the back terrace. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed, 2 bed site tables, built in wardrobe and large dressing table with 2 tub chairs. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning as well as a sliding roof!

Notes: This is the kind of home you fall in love with! It is luxurious, comfortable, romantic,with lovely spaces and views. Especially the roof terrace in Summer is an oasis away from bustling Monaco, great for sunbathing, live alfresco, and just go downstairs to get cold drinks and cool off in the air-conditioning. There is of course a refreshing shower on the roof terrace. At night, it is equally romantic! Watch the cruise ships sail away into the sunset, switch the lights on and light some candles on the roof terrace and sip some champagne from the crystal glasses provided! You will never want to leave!

Antoinette was truly professional from start to finish and the accommodation was fantastic with excellent views of Monaco harbour from the penthouse terrace and only a 10 minute walk to casino square.

We have stayed at Le Cesar twice in 6 months and have booked another 2 weeks. It is well appointed with summer essentials of air conditioning and ice maker. There is space aplenty with 3 good sized bedrooms. The kitchen is compact but provides the essentials although the emphasis is on cooking and eating in one of the 3 outdoor areas.

There is some traffic noise but that is inevitable in Monaco. There is a local bus service for most of the day, and a small supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The harbour can be reached on foot in under 10 minutes.

3 stays in less than 12 months says it all.
Owner's Response: Oh David, Monaco would not be the same without the roar of Ferrari's !!! You like it really!
