Lovely listed house in the heart of London with period features.A 2 bed and 2 bathroom flat in a purpose-built building off St Pauls with good sized bedrooms. The flat is tastefully decorated and has a charming old English feel to it. The living room sofa can be converted into a 4th Queen Size bed and there are also additional single fold-away beds, making it a 4 bedroom apartment for your convenience.

Start your morning with a first class breakfast at one of the many cafes on Broadwick Street, then stroll through Soho looking at what the small independent shops have to offer, and then finish off the day with some High street and Designer Label shopping on Oxford Street and Regent Street.

The apartment has FREE unlimited Wifi, TV, DVD player, CD player, dishwasher and dryer, and cookery facilities so that you can explore your culinary skills while in London.

Tasteful bed linen and towels are included. Cots for children available. The service includes a weekly maid service. The closest supermarket to the townhouse is a Tesco Metro located on Dean Street, just around the corner from the property.

When you have completed your booking, your point of contact before arrival Marcela will contact you with a booking form for you to complete so that we can arrange your arrival. After that we will monitor your arrival details and Marcela or Indre will await you at the property that you have booked with keys and a warm welcome. There is a full set of maps and sightseeing pamphlets at the property but upon your arrival we will be more than happy to assist you with any transport questions or give you recommendations of great restaurants and attractions. Nice clean flat in a great location

We were very pleased with this flat for a couple, a teenager, and an adult friend.It is right in the middle of Soho; very close to Tottenham Court Road tube station and just south of Oxford Street. There is a Thai restaurant next door that does a terrific takeaway, and a nice bakery at the other end of St Anne's Court. There is a Tesco Metro just up Dean St, and of course, all the shopping of Oxford St including a rather big M&S which is close by. It was very easy to walk to many of the places we wanted to see. We also tried Inamo on Wardour--great food with an innovative ordering system.
There are 2 full bathrooms: one is ensuite on the second (third for US) floor with a tub/shower arrangement, and the other is on the third (fourth for US) floor with shower only and includes the washer/dryer. We had no issues with hot water with 4 of us showering. The kitchen is tiny, but there is room for one person to cook on the cooktop or the oven. We had breakfast and simple meals while we were there. There was a problem with a leak during our stay and Lidiana was very quick to get it resolved and communication was not a problem. There is wifi which worked well up until the last 2 days of our stay, but I think it was a provider issue and not the unit in the flat.

Excellent location and a neat place to stay!

This was a great location for our family to call home while exploring London. Soho is near everything and you can walk or take the subway with great ease.

The property was clean and ready upon our arrival. I enjoyed working with the management, very responsive to our needs as we prepared and enjoyed the stay. Everything promised was delivered. We will look to rent again on our next trip to London.

New Year Beauty

5 glorious nights over NY. A clean, warm, character dwelling with all necessities. 2 minutes walk to a supermarket. 5 minutes walk to Oxford Street. 12 minutes walk to Trafalgar Square and the NY fireworks. As a Londoner returning to the UK this place hit the spot. Will certainly be booking for my next trip. Good communication all round. Make sure you visit the chocolate shop at the end of St Anne's Court on Wardour Street!

Bon accueil, tout s'est trés bien passé, le quartier est assez bruyant la nuit, à cause des pubs, prévoir des boules Quies, mais la qualité majeure c'est que c'est hyper central et qu'on a accès au coeur de Londres à pied et il y a de multiples Bus à proximité.
La toute petite cuisine, ne peut servir que de dépannage, il manque un égoutoir pour la vaisselle, sinon il y a tout la matériel nécessaire.
Lidiana a été trés ponctuelle, on a pas eu à attendre ni à l'arrivée ni au départ.

Family of 6 stay in Soho

We were 2 adults (age 40), 2 teens (age 15 & 18), my Mom (age 63) and a family friend (early 50's). The apartment was very roomy but a bit worn, especially the bed linens, towels and carpet. The location is fantastic, but please note some may dislike the noise as it is very noisy with several taverns below the flat. It did not quiet until 2am every night of the 4 we stayed there, which wasn't a problem for us but my Mom minded a bit. The kitchen is small but has everything you possibly need to cook, so that was wonderful. The French House is steps away and Chinatown just a few blocks. The British Museum is a 10 min walk. You can really walk most anywhere, although the Tottenham and Oxford Circus underground are both a quick 6-8 mins walk away. There's a Tesco and Pizza Express a block down for quick, close food and groceries. Booking, payment, check in and out were all very simple. The WiFi was great. The 3rd floor shower fell off of the wall if you touched it and no doors would stay open without being propped, but that was minor. The location and layout were excellent but it could have been cleaner with better linens for the money. I would recommend it for those who don't mind the late night noise, have no trouble with 3 flights of steps and are most concerned with being centrally located as we were. It's absolutely conveniently located to see all of the London sights and all 6 of us had plenty of room.

The property is ideally located in Zone 1 for easy access to the West End with shopping meccas Oxford Street and Regent Street just around the corner, as well as being just a short walking distance from famous Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. If you want to experience London to the fullest then this is the property for you.

The house, a beautiful townhouse is bang in the heart of Soho - derived from the days when the Royal Court would go hunting. It is hard to image today, but back then Soho was a forested are where games and hunting parties would take place. Today, Oxford Street and Regents Street lined with wonderful shops is on your doorstep, as are world famous restaurants, jazz bars, theatres, and clubs that will keep you entertained throughout your stay and beyond!

You have three Underground stops close to this property. Oxford Circus Station (Central, Bakerloo and Victoria lines) Tottenham Court Road Station (Central Line) and also Piccadilly Circus Station (Piccadilly Line). There are also a number for buses that will can take you to the City of London, SouthBank, Kensington, Baker Street, and The British Museum.
