The Capannizza residence complex is directly located in front of the main access road to the famous 3 km long white sandy beach of Budoni. On the other hand it's less than 1 km from the center of the town of Budoni where all the necessary services are found such as the bank, caffes, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and more.

The residence offers one private individual villa with its own garden (700 square meter) with private car parking and pool. There are also 7 individual apartments with residencial parking space, each with private garden and a shared pool.

Pets are not allowed.

This apartment is located within the premises of the Capannizza residencial complex which is located 500 meters from the sandy beaches of Budoni. It has its own independent entrance through its private 120 square meter garden. The garden is provided with a barbecue and outside shower. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, a living area with kitchen and dining table, and a satellite unit connected to a 22' television. Also, the unit is provided with a dishwasher, washing machine and the necessary items for cooking such as coffee machine, water boiler, and other kitchen utensils. The apartment has a 15 square meter covered patio on the front side of the unit over looking the pool, which allows to enjoy meals outdoors. Parking space is provided. The Pool will be open from beggining May until the end of october Pets are not allowed. Upon request further pictures can be provided.

PERFECT HOLIDAY BASE

This villa complex was the perfect base for us. Well laid out so that we still had privacy, but with easy access to the pool and our parking bay. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. Customer service was outstanding, anything we needed was instantly obliged and Pasquale had excellent recommendations and happily booked restaurants and taxis for us! It was reassuring that he was on hand each day at some point. The pool area is lovely, plenty of room. The villa location is ideal, just a 10-15 mins walk to the stunning beach in Budoni. Town is an easy 5 min drive or pleasant 30 minute stroll.

A WARM WELCOME TO A WONDERFUL AREA OF SARDINIA

My husband and I stayed in Capannizza Apt.3 with our 2.5 year old son and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. When we arrived in Budoni, Anna Maria met us so that we could follow her to the complex. It isn't hard to find, but we didn't have sat nav! She then gave us a tour, everything was brand new. The apartment is stylish, cool during the day and at night. The two beds are comfortable, decor is minimal but that is our preference. The communal pool was always extremely clean and inviting. The local beach was easy walking distance, and served wonderful and cheap pizzas which we ate for lunch often.
Budoni was a good base to visit agritourismos, the emerald coast, and the islands of Tavolara. A Car is essential.
We would love to go back next year, perhaps to the stunning villa with friends!

VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY

I can recommend this place to stay. The apartments are new and there is everything what you need. The pool is clean and the owners are very friendly, Beach (in my opinion one of the best beaches in Sardinia) is just a 5 Minutes walk away and in the village (2 Minutes by car) are a lot of nice, good and friendly restaurants.

SCHÖNE NEUE ANLAGE IN ZENTRUMSNAHER LAGE

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr neu und mit allem ausgestattet wie es im Internet beschrieben ist. Ein geräumiges Bad, Wohnküche und 2 Schlafzimmer. Auch die Betten sind sehr bequem, was in Sardinien nicht immer der Fall ist.
Wir haben die Wohnung in top gereinigtem Zustand übernommen. Der Vermieter hat uns an Ort und Stelle die Schlüssel übergeben und uns die Anlage ausführlich erklärt und gezeigt. Der Vermieter ist für alle Fragen offen und ist per Mobiltelefon immer zu erreichen.
Auf der Rückseite der Wohnung befindet sich ein kleiner Waschraum, in dem die Waschmaschine und sonstige Reinigungsutensilien verstaut sind.
Im Aussenbereich befindet sich ein Grill und eine kleine Aussendusche, welche beim Grillen auch sehr praktisch ist. Man kann sich hier die Hände waschen und hat Wasser, falls einmal Funken auf den Rasen gelangen.
Auf der Poolseite ist eine kleine Terasse mit diversen Sitzgelegenheiten, einem großen Tisch und 2 Sonnenliegen.
Der Pool ist sauber und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir haben das in den 2 Wochen fast jeden zweiten Tag gesehen.
Ein Auto ist nicht unbedingt nötig, wir können es aber nur jedem empfehlen.
Eine gutes Restaurant ist ca. in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn man aber Morgens sein Frühstücksbrot holen will, dann ist der Bäcker locker eine halbe Stunde entfernt und das ist ohne Auto schon sehr weit...
Budoni Beach ist von dieser Anlage in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Falls man doch einen Mietwagen hat, sollte man sich die traumhaften Strände Puntaldia und Brandinchi nördlich von San Teodoro nicht entgehen lassen.
Diese sind über die Küstenstraße SS 125 in ca 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ein absolutes Highlight sind die Tagesausflüge per Schiff, welche vom südlich gelegenen La Caletta am Morgen starten. Man ist hier den ganzen Tag am Golfo Orosei unterwegs, fährt traumhafte Strände zum Baden an und kann die wunderschöne Küste entdecken. Diese ist mit dem Auto und zu Fuß so gut wie unmöglich zu erreichen. Das Ticket kostet pro Person zwischen 35 und 45 Euro.
Zum Zeitpunkt useres Aufenthaltes war die Wohnung im ersten Stock und das Apartment nebenan nicht bewohnt. Somit kann ich keine Aussage über die Nebengeräusche machen.
Die Abreise war sehr unkompliziert und ein Late Check-Out in Absprache mit dem Vermieter war möglich.
Wir können das Domizil gerne weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher wieder.

SCHÖNES FERIENHÄUSCHEN!

Saubere, stilecht eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Der top gepflegte Pool war das Highlight für unsere Kinder (5 und 8 Jahre). Der Hausverwalter war stets zur Stelle und gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurantempfehlungen usw. Zum Strand sind es ca 10 Minuten, auch für Kleinkinder schon zu schaffen. Schöner Urlaub! Kann man weiterempfehlen!

Budoni is a seaside town on the north-eastern part of the island, situated between the town of San Teodoro to the north and Posada to the south. It's located on Sardinia's main road n.125 (Via Nazionale street) that follows the eastern coastline from Olbia to Cagliari. It includes 18 km of coastline that rise from the Tyrrenian Sea, offering Budoni's marvellous landscapes, sandy beaches and sorrounding rocky walls. The nearest beach is only 300 meters from the town. However, Budoni isn't only about the sea; the village is situated on a flat area, but the rest of the territory is prevalently hills and only slightly inhabited. There are plenty of folkloristic events linked to the life and the traditions of these small settlements surrounding Budoni.
