Bright apartment, fully furnished, for 2 people (2 people on sofa bed). Living room with kitchenette, living room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom (with double bed, en suite, dressing room) and guest bathroom. All hardwood laminate and aluminum windows. Flat screen TV in the bedroom and living room. Wi-fi and phone included in price. Kitchen with stove and oven, microwave, small appliances and kitchenware. Parking in basement of the apartment building with elevator access. Areas: 24 hours surveillance, pool, BBQ, gym, games room, meeting room garden, 2 lifts. Towels and sheets included. Housekeeping Linen change 1 time / week included in the price. If you want to add another day a week, at a cost of $ 20/week. Cradle optional extra $ 20. It belongs to the San Antonio Housing Miraflores district in Lima. The building is called Residential Chariarse 20 stories tall, white. A reference to its location is the intersection of Reducto and Expressway, one block from Park Precinct.

DISCOUNT: Stays exceeding 30 days, additional discount of 10% from 31avo day. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are possible for bookings over 1 week, 15 days before the service started, but did not return the warranty to cover handling costs.
