TORREMOLINOS CITY CENTRE APARTMENT

We booked this apartment for 4 weeks knowing that it was close to the Nogalera area in Torremolinos. Throughout the booking we were in constant communication with the owner who was very helpful. When we arrived, we were very surprised by the size of the apt., there was a large living area, a good sized double bedroom, a good sized single bedroom and a fully furnished large kitchen and dining area. The kitchen was more in line with what a British kitchen would be like rather than a Spanish one with all the regular appliances. The only short coming for us was that there was no terrace/balcony and because the apt. was more of a north/south orientation, it was always cool, evening/night being relatively cold.
The apt. was immaculate and appeared to be well maintained. It was also very easy to be kept clean. There was more than ample bedclothes and towels available for our use.
The owner was very helpful when we ran into a problem with the oven and was on sight within the hour to rectify.
The property is excellent value and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to any of our friends or relatives.
We were within 5 mins of the main centre of Torremolinos and to all public transport links, i.e. trains and buses, both of which offered excellent and cheap services. There were plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and shops that cater for all anybodies needs. The only down side was a slight hill from the centre to the apt.
All in all, the apartment was brilliant and was in an excellent location.
