4 Bed, 3 bath villa with games room, WiFi and private pool.

Luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a private pool located on the gated community of Emerald Island. The home has a large open plan living area with sofas, coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs, 32” LCD TV with enhanced cable TV package, multi region DVD player, elevated ceilings with fans to compliment the air conditioning and patio doors leading to the pool area.

A large open plan kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, complete with all china, silverware, pots and pans. There is a dining area with a table and 4 chairs which has views of the pool area.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, cable TV and DVD player, en-suite and has access to the pool area. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, cable TV and en-suite. The third and fourth bedrooms both have twin beds, one of the bedroom is decorated in a Disney theme and both of the bedroom have a TV. There is a centrally located bathroom to serve bedroom three and four.

The private pool is fully screened and has a table, 4 chairs and 3 sun beds. There is also a well stocked games room with pool table, table foosball and darts. The home has free Wi-Fi and a Wii games console.
