This brand new luxuriously furnished villa is situated at Tuscan Ridge. One of the newest, premier resort style communities. It is ideally located just 15 minutes from Disney. This quiet and beautiful resort is bordered by orange groves; with communal tennis courts and a children's play area.

This exquisite villa has many upgrades, one of which is the magnificent family room with a 2 seater, 3 seater sofa and armchair with a TV, HI-FI, VCR & DVD. A separate dining area with large dining table and fully equipped kitchen and utility room. There is a king size master bedroom with en-suite and a double room with en-suite both with TV’s. There is a further double room and a twin room. The games room has a pool table, table foosball, air hockey, TV and Xbox 360. The pool is West facing with patio furniture and sun loungers. There is also a charcoal barbecue for your use.
