This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with south east facing pool and games room is located on Highlands Reserve Golf Club. The property benefits from a DVD player, a video player, music centre and internet access. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second master has a Queen and the other room has a double. The fully air conditioned games room is equipped with full size pool table, air hockey, push football and Playstation2. The pool has a child safety screen, underwater lighting and poolside furniture. In addition to the 3 bedrooms there is the added benefit of a ‘den’ with a single bed in.

Situated on the Highlands Reserve course. On-site facilities include a children's play area, tennis courts and a large communal pool. You will also find all the essential amenities including a variety of shops, bank, petrol station, a WalMart and Publix supermarket.

As for the golf course this is not your typical Orlando, Florida golf course! Highlands Reserve sits atop one of the highest areas of Florida and offers remarkable scenery along with a course designed for hot golf. This championship Mike Dasher design gives you pine tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees along the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers.

Golf: Welcome to a golfers' paradise! A Google search of golf courses in Orlando yields over 80 courses so plenty of choice. Here in Florida you can expect to save a tidy sum when shopping for golf equipment as golf 'outlets' are everywhere.
