3 Bed, 2 bath villa to sleep up to 6 people with games room and Wifi

The villa is equipped with a secure high speed wireless internet link which also gives free calls to UK land lines. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you will need during your stay.

The main master bedroom has a queen size bed and a 14” cable TV. There is plenty of storage space in the large walk-in closet which also houses a safe for any personal items. The en-suite bathroom has twin basins set in a vanity unit and a very large walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and like the main master bedroom it is equipped with a cable TV and a radio alarm clock. There is also a large walk in closet and chest of drawers providing excellent storage facilities. This bedroom is east facing letting you wake up with the early morning sun.

The third bedroom has twin beds and is equipped with a cable TV and is also East facing.

The outside deck area which has both a south and a west facing aspect embraces a 26' by 13' pool and a hot tub.

On site facilities of Tuscan Hills include a Mediterranean style club house with fitness room, tennis court, sand volley ball court, children's indoor play area, a tot lot and a palm garden. Tuscan Hills is located in Davenport, off Highway 27, 1 mile south of its junction with the US192 and only 15 min drive from Walt Disney World. A number of top PGA golf courses are also close by together with excellent fishing in the area's many lakes. Interstate 4 (I4) provides direct access to Tampa to the south and Orlando and the airports to the north.

Golf: Welcome to a golfers' paradise, a Google search of golf courses in Orlando yields over 80 courses so plenty of choice. Here in Florida you can expect to save a tidy sum when shopping for golf equipment as golf 'outlets' are everywhere.

Details on how to get to property and how to access codes and key very good.Villa found to be very clean and comfortable as described. Pool temp was just right (without heating). One small point (no toaster) promised but not delivered,Would have no problem recommending fellow traverers.
