Designed with families in mind, this fabulous 7 bed/6 bath grand executive villa with games room can easily accommodate 16 guests in absolute comfort. Fully air conditioned and with the added luxury of ceiling fans in all rooms the property offers total privacy and space to relax and enjoy your holiday of a lifetime.

Set in a third of an acre with extensively landscaped gardens and mature palm trees, this spacious luxury home has been professionally furnished and decorated to the highest of standards and enjoys many upgraded facilities including tiling throughout the living area and a beautiful fitted kitchen with top quality Corian worktops.

At the rear of the property the south facing 38'x16' heated pool with its extra large spa enjoys the sun all day. Surrounding the pool is a massive deck area equipped with a gas barbecue grill, a covered lanai, and plenty of lounge chairs. The deck area also has a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The gated community of Formosa Gardens Estates is acknowledged as being the most prestigious community in the area. You cannot stay any closer to Disney

Formosa Gardens Estates, with its wide palm tree lined boulevards, creates a spacious feel. It is located just off the US 192 (W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) - just past Mile Marker 5 at Formosa Blvd Shopping Plaza. All the homes are situated on large lot sizes of between 1/3rd and 1/2 of an acre. This is something you will not find on other communities. Formosa Gardens Estates is tastefully landscaped and all the homes are large, custom-built, executive villas.

Formosa Gardens Estates is described by guests as “the perfect location” , others say “we wouldn’t stay anywhere else”.

I give the accommodations five stars. Everyone had a wonderful time. The rooms were perfect for our large group of 16. The pool and spa are great, especially for the teens, and the game room was a big hit too.
Thank you Jane, for helping to make this a memorable trip.
We would recommend this to any family traveling to Orlando. The location is perfect and the property is well maintained.
