Brand new, modern design, top finishings (f. ex. Daikin latest Air Co / top range windows). Each suite has: 1 bedroom with terrace en suite, 1 big living with sofa bed and terrace en suite, 1 dining area, 1 open fully fitted kitchen with outside grill area: So you have 2 big terraces: 1 for morning sun, 1 for afternoon sun & magnificent views over Alvor's estuary and sunset + 1 roof terrace for the 'sundeck suites'.

DIRECTIONS: Directions are easy: from highway A22 or N-125: exit Alvor. Go straight in direction Alvor passing first thru 2 roundabouts. After passing the small airport (on your right), keep left in the junction. Road will go up, down and up again. After the camping and “Pingo Doce” (on your left), turn right in the next roundabout in the dead end road and stop by the entrance of the underground parking garage. Solrio is the big white modern building by the roundabout.

Wundervolles Apartment

Wir hatten nach langen Suchen im Netz, nun endlich dieses super tolle Apartment gefunden.Die Einrichtung ist nicht nur mit viel Liebe ausgesucht, sondern noch dazu sehr hochwertig.
Es ist alles vorhanden von A bis Z , falls wir doch einen Wunsch hatten, was es auch immer war, Daniel und Tommi haben uns gerne geholfen .
Was uns besonders angetan hat, war die Terrasse mit freien Blick auf die Lagunenlandschaft (toller Sonnenuntergang) und im schönen sehr gepflegten Garten ein Pool mit eigenen Liegen.
Im Apartment liegt ein Ordner mit allen wichtigen Urlaubs Hinweisen, also gingen wir auch einigen Ausflugsempfehlungen und Gastronomie Tipps nach...und wieder ein Volltreffer.
Wir freuen uns auf die nächste Reise.nach Alvor

Fabulous Apartment in a Great Location

Myself and my partner stayed at this apartment for ten nights. We throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely clean apartment and would highly recommend staying here.

The location is great for relaxing and within easy access to the town of Alvor which is literally just a few minutes walk around the corner. There is also a very good bus service which links Alvor to most areas of the Algarve. We did hire a car and found travelling around the area very easy and hassle free. There are many good restaurants and local bars within immediate proximity without all the noise that is sometimes associated with being so close. There is a supermarket to cater for all your needs just over the road from the apartment.

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to everywhere then do not hesitate to book this lovely modern apartment. The views really are breathtaking from the lovely balcony and also the pool area. Relax and enjoy I know we will be returning very soon!

This is a wonderful apartment with everything you could wish for. Lovely balcony to enjoy the sunsets and great swimming pool for all the family. Great location for the town and beach too. Many thanks Daniel, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Perfect Portugal

So good we've already booked for next year!
Just returned from a weeks holiday in Daniels gorgeous apartment in Alvor. Couldn't fault the apartment at all - modern, stylish and comfortable with free Wifi as an added bonus. The pool is lovely and peaceful with beautiful countryside views, we spent most days there, and the bars and restaurants are only a short walk away for evening entertainment.
Daniel and Thomas are perfect hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone thinking of visiting the area.

Best apartment we stayed in in Alvor.

We have been going to Alvor for the last 4 years and have stayed in various hotels and apartments and this was far the best. You have everything you could want and Daniel has even thought of all the little things you need in the kitchen which are a pain to go and have to buy. Nice and convenient for the town and big supermarket and lovely estuary views to the rear. Beach not far away, but we was more than happy to stay and use one of the terraces or stay by the pool. Can't Recommend
Apartment enough. Will definately be using again.
