Trade winds & Sea Breezes will greet you when you arrive at your 2 bedroom holiday rental with large Terra cotta patio for dining/sunning & also boat dock. Custom furniture throughout. The upper level contains the romantic master bdrm. with private patio overlooking the water & features a 4 poster queen size bed, DVD player & a private bathroom with shower. The adjoining guest bdrm. has 2 twin beds & a private bathroom with shower. The lower level features a living room/dining area with 2 luxurious sofas, large television & overlooks the patio & waterfront Marina. Dining area has comfortable dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including micro wave oven. A guest bath is also on the lower level. The villa has ceiling fans & air conditioning throughout, telephone for local use, cable tv, internet service and a washer. Linens, towels & beach towels included. Short distance to 2 white sand beaches, golf course, local shopping and dining spot.

Notes: This deluxe villa is located on the waterfront of the quiet and private North side of Jolly Harbour. The outside patio features dining table with very comfortable chairs and a sunbed for private sunbathing. There is also a private deck off the master bedroom which overlooks the Marina with table and chairs. The villa has ceiling fans in each room and is fully air conditioned. The furnishings are deluxe throughout. All linens and towels are provided. Housekeeping service is provided on a weekly basis. Additional housekeeping available for a nominal fee. Easy walking access to 18 hole golf course with gym/fitness center and a calm swimming beach (the ultimate beach for shell collecting). Just a short golf cart ride to large super market, bank, Casino, restaurants, bars, swimming pool and tennis courts.
