Description of the Aspen vacation private home rental
ResortQuest Presents...This spacious 3 bedroom Victorian style Aspen home offers location, convenience and affordability.
It offers all day sun and great Aspen and Smuggler Mountain views within easy walking distance to downtown Aspen and a mere half block to the bus stop offering free rides to Aspen's shopping, nightlife and ski slopes. The main level features hardwood floors throughout the gourmet kitchen, adjacent large dining room and living room with a wood-burning stove making it perfect for enjoying an evening of TV or your favorite CD or DVD. There is also a twin bedroom and bath off the central hall and side entry mud room for skis and coats.The Master Suite also branches off the hall with vaulted ceiling, spacious bath and closet, French doors onto the deck facing mountain views with a few steps to the outdoor hot tub. Upstairs is a third large bedroom with skylights, sitting area and large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Lower level has a large game and family room with sleeper sofa, TV, full bathroom and closet.
Detached garage has parking for one car with additional off street parking.
