This beautifully-decorated and remodeled condominium is decorated in Spanish style, with lots of terra cotta and painted tiles.

This two bedroom, two bathroom, 1500 square-foot condominium is the perfect size with the shared swimming pool just steps away complete with hot tub. Very private, hardly anyone is ever in the pool but you! Shared only by a few residents.

The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream!

This condominium is located in Santa Rosa Cove next to the World Famous La Quinta Resort and Spa, just a one-minute walk (if that) across the lawn, lined with beautiful flowers, year-round. You may access the resort and it's spa, room service, resturants, shops, tennis, golf and fitness club when you rent this condominium. Free hi speed internet service too.

Please no smoking in this impecable home.

We live in Portland Oregon and love getting to La Quinta as much as possible. We love to come for the horse shows in Thermal, the polo in Indio and the tennis tournament at Indian Wells in March!

We have stayed here a couple times a year for years. We walk in the door and think "we are home". Sallie is incredible. Sorta don't want to give a great review because it might be booked next time we want to come. But it is too awesome not to.

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay at this lovely, comfortable Santa Rosa Cove condo this past week. It was clean, comfortable, equipped with everything we needed....and most importantly (to me, at least) the bed was comfortable. Everything we needed was readily available...kitchen supplies,
washer/dryer, internet, tv's, two bathrooms/showers, closets and ample drawer space. It was like staying in a friend's home, without the friend. We even had a great hiking book to find local hikes, and a folder full of restaurant recommendations, menus, etc. It was just easy, easy, easy. Can't wait til next year. Thank you, Sallie.

Our 2nd time staying here and alreay looking forward to the next. Beautiful, well furnished home and short walk over to the La Quinta resort. Great bathrooms and nice sized common space for a 2 BR home.

Oh wow! What a treat this little treasure of a get-away is! This condo is A rated in my book. I am almost afraid to write how I feel about this one, because I don't want to let the "cat out of the bag!!" But, that would be selfish...experience this one for yourself. It is absolutely charming in every way. This condo makes me smile from the beautiful Bogenvia at the entrance to the "happy" decor inside. The owner is most generous with what he/she shares, and the place is impeccably clean.
