NICE FLAT IN PERFECT LOCATION

The flat is in a very good condition and Mark is very helpful. I absolutely recommend the place for singles and couples. Perfect location in lively St.Julians but still a quiet place. Would book it again.

GOOD CONDITION, QUIET AND CLEAN

Apartment is really favourable location. There are bus stop, very good supermarket Arkadia and a host of other shops, one of them is directly across from this apartment , there are also The Bay Street and Portomaso Shopping Complex, and a lot of restaurants on hand.
It's located on the first floor, but street noise is null.
The property was clean and well-maintained.
I were accorded a hearty welcome. Owner is friendly and mindful of his duties.
I have recommended this property to my friends already.

My favorite restaurants in Malta: I Cannoli (typical Sicilian Restaurant: 160, Triq San Xmun,(St.Simon St.),Bugibba), MedAsia Fusion Lounge, Piccolo Padre, Shaukiwan Chinese Restaurant, Tex Mex Bar and Grill, Hugo's Lounge.
As to sightworthy, I suggest you to follow simple guidebook's advice.

If I decide to return to Malta, I shall rent this apartment for sure.

LUXURIOUS GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT

Luxurious designer ground floor apartment with friendly customer service of the owner. Only a few minutes walk from the seafront, restaurants and shops of Paceville. Although the apartment has no direct streetview, there is a convenient area outsite for BBQ or otherwise. It's an excellent private holiday accommodation for travellers seeking self catering accommodation at a superb location.

Perfect apartment for a couple to stay in whilst on holiday in Malta...clean, spacious, HUGE bed, quiet street, close to the sea, VERY close to a bus stop (1min walk max) which was extremely convenient...and Mark is very friendly and helpful as well! Would recommend and would stay here again :)

REALY COMFORT APARTMENT AND SUPER STAY IN MALTA

Whe have spend a week in this beatiful apartment. Its realy great and clean. The kitchen / bedroom etc. is perfect. Also the location perfect for a couple. It is near the busstation / beaches on the rocks / Shops and Bars.

The Owner, Mark, is a very pleasant person and he gives many information about the city, supermarket etc. Also the taxi from airport to the apartment where very good. Kindly driver.
Thanks for the nice week and when whe come back to Malta whe book the same apartment.

St Julian's Initially a fishing village, later turned to a summer residence for wealthy locals and now developed into one of the island's mostly fetched resorts for night life and entertainment, especially for the youngsters and the middle aged. Within walking distance to Paceville, this village still retains some of it's old dwellings and boat houses. The small bay still shelters numerous coloured Maltese boats that are berthed here all year long. St Julian's is a village for all ages and walks of life. The young at heart will enjoy nearby Paceville - this locality offers much to tourists looking for the night life entertainment, including clubs, bars, Casino, restaurants and other entertainment. Balluta Bay is a popular recreation spot used for swimming, diving, and water sports, with a triangular piazza surrounded by cafes and shaded by Judas trees. Its skyline is dominated by the Neo Gothic Carmelite Parish Church.
