OCEANFRONT 3 BR 3 BA VACATION RENTAL VILLA IN SAN JUAN DE LOS TERREROS ALMERIA

This condo was absolutely beautiful. Clean, well equiped with everything that you would have at home. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. The complex was close to 3 swimming beaches. Beautiful walk way in front along the ocean. San Juan de los Terreros is a friendly small town. One of our favorite restaurants was Papa Meson. The locals would say hello my friend after only a few days of us being in town. Everyone in the town was friendly and helpful. If you want a relaxing holiday on the mediteranean sea, this has it all. I would rate this condo as a 5 star. Great for families and couples.

The house and location are fantastic! You can either relax by the sea or visit the many nearby historical places in the South of Spain. You can also take short drives to close by cities to enjoy the Spanish culture and it’s wonderfull relaxed people.
The brand new villa offered everything that we could need for a perfect vacation: Privacy & comfort all throughout. We enjoyed our private backyard and ocean front patios, and our favourite would have to be, the rooftop terrace with 360° views of the ocean and those magnificent mountains! We also enjoyed the swimming pool, in front of our villa.
Overall our vacation in the South of Spain was 100% enjoyable. We couldn’t have chosen a better location than Mar de Pulpi. Totally unforgettable!

The Townhouse is fantastic. We have stayed in a number of Villas and apartments in Spain and this is by far the best equipped and has an amazing view of the sea, right from the back garden.

The house was spotless, really comfortable large beds, nice big bathrooms with good showers, good quality furnishings and a nice garden and patio area. We like a little privacy when we are having our evening meal and you are not overlooked by neighbouring houses, which was nice.

The large pool is literally 10 steps from the front door and because there are a number of pools on the complex we often had it to ourselves and our two children. The complex itself it spotless, really well maintained to a very high standard, there are even toilets around the pool so you do not have to go back to your house.

The town is around 25mins walk or 3 mins in the car. It has a selection of restaurants and some bars and a really good supermarket that seems to sell everything! The beach outside the house is nice for walking along and has a nice beach bar, but for swimming you need to walk 5 mins up the beach as the nearest one is a little rocky.

Peggy, the owner could not have been more helpful. Our son broke his arm 2 days before we were due to go so we had to juggle our dates a little and she was really accommodating.

Would recommend the house, we all loved it.
