Bright 2nd floor one-bedroom flat located in a prime and secure central location (EH38DY). Most Festival venues are within short walking distance. Two-minute walk to Haymarket railway station and airport-link bus stop. Multiple access to all other bus lines.

The flat has been completely redecorated, newly carpeted throughout and a new fully-fitted kitchen installed. Microwave oven, fridge-freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine and iron included.

This one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. The lounge/ dining room has a double sofa bed, flat screen TV, and wireless internet access.
Car: not necessary

Located 300 metres from Haymarket Rail Station, Torphichen Place apartments are just a 10-minute walk from Princes Streets shops. Local supermarkets, bars and restaurants are in the immediate area and Edinburgh International Conference Centre is less than 10 minutes’ walk away.

Situated less than 5 minutes’ walk from a bus stop, Edinburgh Zoo can be reached after a 20-minute bus journey. Edinburgh Castle, at the top of the cobbled High Street, is within 1-mile of this guest accommodation.
