Please provide full name, credit card number, 4 digit security number on reverse of card and expiration date. (A receipt will be sent to you once the transaction is complete). Cheques can be arranged to be mailed directly to me in the UK. All payments must be made in GBP.
50% deposit due at time of booking in addition to a £100 cleaning fee and a fully refundable £250 security deposit, full balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Full refund provided up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund 8-29 days prior to arrival, no refund 7 days prior to arrival - all refunds less £25 processing fee. - Cleaning fee is per week, can negotiate on longer rental periods. Cost includes all utilites and taxes. Sorry we do not accept American Express.
