This beautifully-furnished unit overlooks ponds and woods. It is located in the Lakeside Club Condominium complex on the shores of Round Lake. Relax on the private white sand beach, two tennis courts, indoor pool, or hot tub; all just steps away. Round Lake is an all-sports lake, and the paved public launch is very close to the complex.
The Petoskey State Park is a short walk, or bike ride, across the street. We even have a selection of bikes waiting in the garage for you and your family! Beautiful trails filled with wildlife will take you into either Petoskey, or Harbor Springs. There, you will find unique shops, boutiques, and restaurants.
World-class golf abounds, with over 30 courses within a short drive. Skiers have their choice of Boyne Highlands or Nubs Nob-only 10 minutes' drive. Historic Mackinaw Island is 45 minutes away, and the sand dunes of Western Michigan are just over an hour.
Number 69, across from tennis courts is a second-floor unit (no elevator). Approximately 1600 square feet with three large bedrooms. Master suite has sitting area, king bed, and jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom has two full-sized beds. Third bedroom has two twins and a fold-out, full-sized sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped. Washer and dryer in unit, too. Free wifi also. Please note: We strive to give you all of the comforts of home. Initial starter supply items of paper products, soap, and other misc. items are provided. There is no daily housekeeping service, so you may need to buy additional items if you run short.
Complex has filtered water. No pets or smoking allowed. We also provide a secured garage for your use. There are bikes and toys available; USE AT OWN RISK.
I couldn't wait to write you to tell you how much we love the condo already! We left Cincinnati at 3:30am Saturday morning and got to Petoskey around 12:30pm. We walked around the town, ate lunch at Papa Lous (good food!). Got here right at 2pm and let me just say, that right as we walked in, we fell in love with it! It was so clean, so spacious, so bright (love the sky lights) and I simply adore the Americana decor!! I love how the master suite is upstairs, we love the room with the flag bedspreads and love that everyone has their own bathroom!
The location is so perfect too. We already went to Harbor Springs last night and I went running this morning through the state park across the street. The girls played tennis last night too.

We had a great time on this family vacation. The condo is equi-distance to harbor springs and petoskey. Easy to make meals and save on dining out--grocery store is very close. Kids LOVED the indoor pool. I wish there was an outdoor option as well, but they didn't care at all--and were happy to not have to wear sunscreen. It was never crowded and we often times had it to ourselves.
The state park/beach is a quick in drive --maybe 1/4 mile? We drove just to haul all of our gear--and it is on a busy road.

The owners of this beautiful condo are the nicest people! We have stayed in this place twice and have found it perfect for ski weekends. The area has a lot to offer and the layout of the unit is very convenient for a two families with kids or up to three couples. I'll definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.
Third time our group of 3 couples have stayed at the condo (early June works for all of us). Great bicycling from the front door to the trails there. Had friends staying at the state park across the road and enjoyed riding over there to see them. Love that we can leave our bikes in the locked garage while staying there. So nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is supplied with dishes/pots/pans so you can cook up a storm. This time we didn't use the pool/hot tub but it's there to use. They were cleaning the tennis courts so they would be available starting this weekend. There is a great party store next door that you can walk over to including a deli and a fresh meat counter too. The condo is on the second floor so keep that in mind when having many bags/groceries to haul up. Loved our stay there and hope to do it again next year.
We had a wonderful time in this condo! Tennis court was used daily, bikes were a huge advantage, grandson, 3 years, visited the pool at least 2 times a day. We will visit again during ski season.
We had a family of 2 adults and 5 teens and we had plenty of space to make meals and spread out in the evenings after full days on the slopes. My main concern was whether or not the hot water heater could keep up with all of the teenagers, but we never ran out of hot water, although I was always first in the shower to guarantee hot water :)
We would happily stay here again on future trips since it is so convenient to Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob - no more than 10 minutes away.

The condo was very clean with many amenities and very spacious. Perfectly located close to Petoskey, Harbor Springs and for skiing at Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob. This would be a great location for anytime of year!
