A sand street winds through the historic settlement curving past a community park and traditional Cayman cottages bleached by the Caribbean sun. The Booby Pond Nature Reserve is great for bird watching. The National Trust house is full of information. Owen Island is an uninhabited island great for day trips. Excellent flats fishing. Excellent snorkeling at the reef. Bloody Bay - the best diving in the Caribbean right off our beach. Point of Sand - secluded beach and excellent shallow snorkeling.   • HOUSE LAYOUT - Beach level has the kitchen with island, Dining Room, and spacious Living / TV / Games Area all overlooking the ocean. There are 2 large private bedrooms and one shared bathroom with laundry facilities. Surrounding the house is a covered porch that is very convenient for protected outdoor storage of diving /fishing gear, and shaded seating in the front. Outdoor shower and water hoses for your convenience. On the Beach, and immediately in front of the house – a mature Sea Grape tree offers shade and tranquility. Here we have tables and chairs for outdoor entertainment and lazy afternoons. A minute walk down the beach and steps away from the ocean we have hammocks strung between coconut trees that offer seclusion from the activity of the house. Upstairs: 2 Master Bedrooms each with king beds, and one singles room with 2 twins all with unobstructed ocean views.

We just arrived back from a splendid vacation to this house/villa. The pictures truly do not do the property justice....it is far superior. We have travelled all over the world and had the luxury of staying in very nice accomodations and this property will not dissappoint. It is very sucluded and not another house in site. The attractions were a short bike ride away. The bedrooms had a great ocean breeze and no need for AC. View from upstairs bedrooms was amazing. Bathroom was huge and very up to date. The living/ kitchen was very modernly equiped with everyhting you could possibly think of. The helper that picked us up at the airport was great. We plan to make this trip again very soon and it is a great getaway escape. Compared to the other accomadations we saw and even compared to the beach resorts in Little Cayman we both felt this was a much better choice. Our only complaint is others will soon find out about this jewel in the caribbean and it might be rented the next time we want to come back!
