This is a flat on the ground floor of an old house recently renovated farmhouse, with great exclusive outdoor space available. Large pool and large garden fenced and well cared for guests. The apartment has a guaranteed privacy. The farm is situated in a quiet area at the foot of the hills overlooking Lake Trasimeno, away from traffic and any noise.
