Le Cap d'Agde: apartment of 40 sqm - For renovated comfort that year everything has been redone! kitchen bedroom bathroom - clean and well maintained apartment, fully functional and very nice waiting for you - even the bedding is completely new. 3 rooms ideally located opposite the sea. Giving access directly on the beach rochelongue by secure gate. The path between the beach and the apartment is a bike path. No road to cross. A magnificent terrace (15 sqm) will allow you to enjoy during your holiday in the view of the sea and on the beach richelieu / rochelongue. The apartment is on the top floor of a residence where you can enjoy the pool even on windy days. you can enjoy the outdoors and lunch overlooking the sea. The apartment is located 100 m from the mail rochelongue or all activities await you. Beach, boating, sailing, diving, jogging, shopping, leisure park, the location is ideal and quiet. You can spend pleasant and calm holidays. A secure parking space is reserved for you at the foot of the residence and you can leave the car for the duration of your holiday

For added comfort, the apartment will be completely renovated during winter 2013. New kitchen, new tile, new plumbing, new electrical installation and finally complete repainting. Bedding room with adults will also be changed.

A great stay

We rented the apartment for 2 weeks in June and had a great time. We were the first to enjoy the fully renovated apartment. Thus, everything was very nice and clean. The apartment is very well situated, close to beaches, shops, a couple of restaurants and bars at a mall nextdoors... Also, you have great walking path that we used for walking to Cap d'Agde. Having your own (secured) parking space was very good and convenient.

The owner is very responsive and service minded and arranged the handover of keys in a (for us) smooth way. Even though we are not good at French, we had no problems communicating with the woman handing over the keys.

Stunning beachfront location!

We (family of 3 from Cardiff, Wales) had a wonderful week in le Cap d'Agde in this superb apartment in early July 2012. First and foremost, the view from the spacious south-east facing balcony was quite stunning, practically overhanging the lovely sandy beach. It was a real joy to wake up to, and a terrific spot to enjoy breakfast and lunch. It was also a wonderful vantage point to to enjoy a midweek beach-front fireworks display during our week there.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Having a washing machine was a bonus. The pool was good and the pool area gave us direct (but secure) access to the beach and coastal path. We used that path to walk east into Cap d'Agde and Aqualand and west towards the quieter beaches by Grau d'Agde. Having our own parking space gave us peace of mind and convenience. Shops and a wide selection of restaurants were very close at hand and a couple of hypermarkets were just 3 or 4 kilometres away on our side of town: Hyper U offering everything imaginable and Lidl with a less extensive range, but at generally lower prices.

The owner has been very attentive to our needs throughout and he arranged for a very smooth handover of keys at the start and end of our week. A note of caution to non-French speakers though: The meet, greet and handover was with friends of the owner that live locally and didn't speak English. They were very pleased (and relieved) we all spoke French and my son especially enjoyed showing off his A level prowess.

If our guets need an english greet, we will try to find somebody able to speak english although it's not always easy. We will do all we can in order our guests will have à real and nice hollydays. appartement sur la mer

ma femme, moi et nos trois enfants sont restés dans ce bel appartement situé au Cap d'Agde. il surplombe l'une des plus belles plages que j'aie jamais connu avec son sable blond et eaux cristallines, vous aurez accès à une piscine de bonne taille et il ya beaucoup d'excellents restaurants à distance de marche y compris les restaurants sur la plage. La descente dans le sud de la France était grande, y compris traverser le viaduc de Millau. Nous avons tous passé d'excellentes vacances ici et vous le recommande vraiment pour des vacances en famille.

Des vacances de Noël au bord de la mer dans un appartement trés confortable et trés agréable...La description des lieux correspondait totalement à la réalité. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la sollicitude du propriétaire, rien n'a été laissé au hasard.

Un appartement trés propre et une vue imprenable sur la plage. Merci aussi pour l'accueil sur place...

Location à recommander pour un séjour plaisant et sans surprise désagréable comme c'est parfois le cas!!!

Nous venons de passer 1 semaine formidable dans cet appartement, très bien situé, très belle vue, calme.

Location très propre (c'est si rare....), confortable, literie impeccable, un propriétaire très attentionné et soucieux du confort de ses locataires.

Un grand merci à M. Jeanneaux et aux personnes qui nous ont accueillis, pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

Très bel appartement

Vacances idéales dans un superbe appartement avec vue imprenable sur la mer et le fort de Brescou. Nous n'oublierons pas les repas sur cette terrasse spacieuse.

L'accès à la plage est immédiat, les petits commerces du Mail de Rochelongue sont à un jet de pierre de l'appartement. L'endroit est très calme. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description qu'en le propriétaire. Le couple de retraités qui nous a reçus à l'arrivée est très sympathique, de bon conseil pour les ballades à faire dans le coin(en plus de la documentation mise à disposition par le propriétaire). Il faut aussi noter la correction du propriétaire qui nous a restitué la caution dès le lundi qui a suivi notre retour(famille belge donc plus de chèque bancaire). Location à recommander .
