Set in a quiet pretty hamlet our renovated barn that dates back to 1800 sits on the edge of the hamlet overlooking the beautiful french countryside. There are two letting bedrooms, one with an en-suite, with toilet, washbasin and shower and the second bedroom has exclusive use of the family bathroom with toilet washbasin and shower. The guests have full use of the comfortable lounge with the original beams and woodburning stove (for use in the winter months). The guests can take their meals in the garden on the terrace overlooking the wonderful views or sit around the large table in the dining area. Bed and breakfast with a difference as we do not expect our guests to leave after breakfast we would like our guests to enjoy the tranquility of our hamlet so guests can relax in the garden with a book and perhaps have a snooze if they wish. We hope they will feel they can treat it as their home and enjoy their stay in La Grange as much as we love living here.

La Grange is a renovated barn dating back to 1800. After a three year renovation we can now offer our guests bed and breakfast with option of evening meals in this wonderful tranquil part of France. Les Viaullieres, in the commune of Chaumussay,Touraine, is a delightful area of rural France. Les Viaullieres is situated between two rivers Le Claise and le Creuse, guests can enjoy walking, cycling and swimming in the nearby river at Lesigny. Touraine sits at the heart of the Loire valley. Chateaux are distributed along the paths of the rivers Langeais and Amboise by the Loire itself Ussay, Azay-le-Rideau and Loches by the gentle Indre and Chenonceau gracefully straddles the Cher. Tours, the main town in the region is also on the Loire. All these attractions can be visited within just over an hours drive from La Grange. Further afield we have the Vendee coast, Paris, Poitiers, all can be reached between two to three hours. Closer to home we have the village of Le Grand Pressigny.
