Three bedroom, two bath utterly serene and elegant home, furnished in a peaceful Zen style in a very quiet location with no road noise. An adult home for the discerning guest. Half an acre of wonderfully landscaped gardens with terraces, benches, Japanese dry creek, outdoor dining, gas grill, lounger on sun deck Four person hot tub. Great forest views; many redwood trees on property, but good sunshine as well.
One bedroom has king bed, second and third bedrooms have queen beds. Master bedroom has a 32" television with DVD. Both bathrooms have shower only; one shower has a window with gorgeous garden view. Living room features gas fireplace, Ipod dock, and 38" LCD television with DVD. Wireless high-speed cable Internet access; unlimited long distance telephone. Well-euipped, remodeled kitchen. Ceiling fans in living room and master bedroom.
Separate "writer's room" in detached cottage with sofa, ceiling fan, and 15" LCD television with DVD; Ipod dock. Good off-street parking.
Two miles to downtown Guerneville; two doors from Babble-On. Washer/dryer. Dog okay. Location: Guerneville, California 95446. One week minimum in July and August.
SUMMER TURN DAY: FRIDAY Turnday: Any. Amenities: Fireplace/Wood-Stove, Near Golf Course, Dog Friendly, High-Speed Internet, King bed, Unlimited Long Distance, Hot Tub, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer.
