SEAGROVE MANOR WITH A GULF VIEW

We rented this property for our family on spring break. We decided last minute to make the trip and most of the properties were already rented. All in all, I would say it was a fine property. It is not new construction, but there was a nice view of the water, the porches were great (although not luxuriously furnished) and the walk to the beach was an easy one. And our beach was wonderful and not crowded at all! We had a couple of issues, the renters the week before did some damage, but the owner was very responsive and easy to deal with.

The house is beautiful and very well appointed. The owner was very responsive to all needs and questions. We have 3 kids and we loved being directly across the street from the beach and close enough to seaside and watercolor for bike riding. Wonderful value for the money. We woud definitely consider staying here again.

We couldn't have expected a more gorgeous beach house. With 6 of us including a set of grandparents and 2 kids, it met our needs perfectly. There is a path to the beach directly across from the property but you end up of top of a huge sand dune. So, walk a short distance (5 min at most) to the public access that has a ramp for the large wagon provided at the property. We enjoyed eating at Pizza by the Sea (esp. with kids), Old Florida Fishhouse, and The Great Southern Cafe (Seaside). The descriptions are very accurate but the photos don't do justice to the view. The third floor porch view is amazing. The only complaint we had was that the house was not clean at check-in time. We had to wait an hour and a half to get in the house. (cleaning service issue, not owner) We would definitely stay here again and and would recommend it to anyone.
