Enjoy our spacious, modernised, comfortable apartment with wireless internet, private parking and fast and easy access to the cultural and historical attractions of the city centre. A large supermarket and fantastic local restaurants and cafes are only 2 minutes walk away in our family-friendly area of London. The modernised apartment is in one of the oldest and most striking tudor-style houses in the Crystal Palace area. The apartment comes with all towels, linen etc., wireless internet access and digibox TV. Private parking is available. Access to central tourist attractions is quick and easy. The mainline station is a short walk away with frequent, inexpensive and fast trains to the centre. We (Stuart and Vivienne) live nearby and will be pleased to help you enjoy your stay. We have had very positive feedback about the apartment and have had visitors from all over the globe, from Europe, USA, Canada and Australia.

Crystal Palace, close to the centre of London, is a very family-friendly area. Eating out in Crystal Palace is a must with excellent food from all regions of the globe. Crystal Palace park is the place to work up an appetite or for the more sedate, antique hunting is always good fun. As well as easy and quick access to the centre of London with its famous historical and theatrical landscape, the apartment offers access to South East England's fields and forests (eg the famous Winnie The Pooh Ashdown Forest) and a slice of history (Leeds Castle and Hastings where Normans and Saxons slugged it out).

This flat provided comfortable, attractive and affordable lodgings for our family of four (parents and two teens) on a recent visit to London. We loved the neighborhood and the many restaurants within 5 minutes walk, not to mention a well-supplied supermarket so we could make good use of the flat's kitchen. We could leave the flat and be at Victoria Station via train in about 25 minutes. It's not a good choice for those who can't handle stairs or a hilly hike back from the train (although a bus can bring you back up the hill easily if you're lugging shopping bags). The hosts were helpful with information about the area, arranging taxis when needed, etc. The economical rent made it possible to do many things, including a day trip to Paris, that we otherwise couldn't have afforded. The bedrooms are spacious, the bath and kitchen are well-stocked, and the sitting area is comfortable. It felt good to come "home" after a busy day of touring; in fact, it would be hard to go back to hotel traveling after having the space and comforts of our own flat. We would return to this flat again, and we recommend it.
