Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• 25% deposit is required in order to secure the booking, the remaining amount needs to be settled, when possible, at least 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
  
  Also a refundable deposit of € 500 is required which will be returned at the end of your stay, after the house is inspected.
  
  Price includes - cleaning, towels and bed linen. For guests staying 2 weeks or more have a midstay change of bed linen and towels at the end of each week. Cleaning service during the stay can be provided, please enquiry for costs.
  
  Check in after 3 pm
  
  Check out by 10 am
• - Minimum stay is one week (7 nights).
   
  - The above prices are in € (euros) for 4 people.
  
  - Will apply the price of 400 € per week / per extra person, aged over 13 years.
  
  - Will apply the price of 50 € per week / for children from 3-12 years (until 31st December 2013);
  - Will apply the price of 140 € per week / for children from 3-12 years (from the 1st January 2014);
  
  - We do not charge the stay of children aged 0-2 years.
• We also leave a welcome pack of the basics. (Tea, coffee,sugar, milk, butter, bread, some fruit, water, orange juice)
