Spacious charming 58sqm one-bedroom apartment blends harmoniously design furniture and antique details, such as beams, wooden doors and stone walls. The spacious living room overlooks the Rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie; it is bathed with light, thanks to its high ceiling, large windows and South orientation. It features a high quality sofa bed (double mattress 140x200), convertible armchair (single mattress 90x190), flat-screen TV with cable and wardrobe. The dining area can comfortably welcome up to 6 guests. The semi-open kitchen is equipped kitchen with traditional and microwave oven, vitroceramic hob, fridge / freezer, washer / dryer, small dishwasher and all dishes, cutlery and utensils The bedroom faces the building courtyard, and has a double bed with 160x200 mattress. The contemporary bathroom has a comfortable shower, washbasin and towel-dryer; it is accessible without having to go through the bedroom. The WC are independent from the bathroom.
