Secure 2 Bedroom Townhouse, sleeps 6, central N1, close to transport links

• This secure, spacious and luxurious three storey, 2 bedroom end of terrace townhouse, is situated in central London, N1, in a development next to Regents Canal Our townhouse is located in a private courtyard area of the development, set back from the street and comes with its own parking space. Free WIFI is included. Our house offers 1189 sq ft of space - making it ideal for couples sharing or families, plus for guests that need to work - the lounge area contains a desk and chair next to the fast/reliable WIFI connection.

• Kings Cross St Pancras Station is only a short 5 minute walk away and has more underground connections than any other London station. The West End (Oxford Circus and Covent Garden) is only 3 tube stops away. Islington is a short ten minute walk and has a large Sainsbury's along with Waitrose and Marks and Spencer plus numerous restaurants, pubs and shops. A well stocked Tesco Metro Supermarket is only a couple of minutes' walk from the house.

• The ground floor has two double sized bedrooms sleeping 4 guests - 1 king size bed and 1 double size bed - plus a contemporary family bathroom with shower cube bath and his and hers wash basin unit.

• The first floor has a kitchen with all mod cons such as oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer and a dining area with table and chairs for up to 6 guests, plus a separate WC.

• The spacious lounge is on the second floor mezzanine level overlooking the dining area. With a large 5 seater corner sofa and a 3 seater sofa, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The 3 seater sofa bed folds out into a double bed sleeping 2 guests. Blinds overlooking the mezzanine level can be pulled across at night to provide privacy. The dining and lounge areas have a bright and airy feel as they benefit from huge floor to ceiling double height windows and wooden laminate floors.

• The lounge has a Loewe Widescreen TV, Freeview, Sony DVD, IPOD Docking Station and a selection of DVD's and books, plus the free WIFI connection so that guests can relax after sightseeing. For younger children, we have a small selection of toys, DVD's and books as well as plastic plates, bowls, beakers and cutlery stored in the kitchen. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

• Access to our property is via an entry key stored in a Key Safe outside our house which offers more flexibility where arrivals are in the evening or where travel has been delayed. Guests are provided with a code to open the Key Safe once the rent and refundable security deposit is fully paid. Check-in is anytime after 15.00pm on arrival day. Check out is by 10.00am on departure day. We may be able to be more flexible on check-in and check-out times, depending on whether we have departures or arrivals either side of a guests bookings.

• Guests can pay by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card (operated by Homeaway.co.uk) with any bank charges and additional fees payable via PayPal and credit card being the responsibility of the guest. Bookings are secured by payment of a 25% non-refundable deposit with the 75% balance plus refundable security deposit of £200.00 payable 40 days before arrival. For arrivals in less than 40 days, 100% rental plus refundable security deposit of £200.00 is payable immediately.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

Our family of 4 stayed at Rebecca's townhouse for a week in July. We could not have been happier with the location and the property itself. It was nice to have some extra space, especially with our boys wanting their own space. Rebecca was very helpful and informative before we arrived which made me very comfortable with what we had planned for the week. It was a great place to come back to and just relax after hectic sightseeing. The food in nearby Islington was great. We found some lovely breakfast spots and the antique shops were lovely to browse. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. Thanks Rebecca!

GREAT LOCATION. ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME.

This condo is spacious and located within walking distance of main tube hubs, St. Pancras International Train Station (Eurostar), and main rail lines. There are nearby bus stops, laundry, grocery, pubs, and anything else you may need for a stay in London. Perfect to use as a base for travel all over the UK and brief skips to other European cities. While having the luxury of being close to those amenities, it is also located off the main roads and in a quiet area. Parking space is available for those driving in to the city. Major roads (M1) are within 20-30 minute drive. We felt like a "local" rather than a tourist during our two week stay.

Property was very clean and well maintained. The owners are always available to answer any questions or address concerns, responding almost immediately at times to email inquiries. I would positively recommend this property to let to family and friends.

PERFECT

This Place was perfect for my wife and I along with my son and his girlfriend.
Location was great since my daughter and her husband and there new born
daughter live less than a 3 minute walk.
There Flat was not big enough to accommodate the 7 of us and this place was.
We had a few lovely meals, take away and just conversation in both the dining room and top floor with TV and seating.

I will also comment on Rebecca, she was very on top of everything and constant communication by email which was well appreciated.
Also since from the USA, appliances are different and the booklets helped
us figure out how to use the stove and dishwasher

I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

EXCELLENT TOWNHOUSE

We were looking for somewhere with flexible accommodation in case of an overnight stay by family, easy access to trains/buses, wifi and enough space for teenagers to play their music without it bothering us adults. We found all this and more at this house, Rebecca has provided everything you might need for a week's stay. The house was lovely and warm despite how cold wet and rainy it was outside. Would definitely return and can definitely recommend.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY & LOCATION

We found Bridge Wharf to be an ideal place for our week-long stay. We had decided to book based upon both the great reviews and the fact that we could drive and park safely; a chance to bring more clothes for all eventualities!
The house is exactly as described. Clean, well maintained, and comfortable. It was very cold outside, but you wouldn't know it being in here. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need with regard to utensils, games, reliable wi-fi, decent bathroom lighting, and even spare batteries for the TV remote (surprising how many places overlook things like that!). My husband was able to work efficiently while we were there too.
The location is perfect, close to several stations, grocery stores, and good restaurants. It is really very quiet though, all the time, so anyone not used to being in a city shouldn't have any problems sleeping.
Upper Street and Camden Passage with their many eateries are a 10-minute walk away at most. The same goes for King's Cross/St. Pancras and Angel tube station. You won't be stuck for things to do or places to eat. We particularly liked Shibuya (Japanese), Frederick's, Plum & Spilt Milk and Pasha. We even set out to get take-out from Daisy's Dutchpot, but found the staff so welcoming that we ended up sitting in to eat. All of these are in the neighbourhood, so easy to walk to.
The booking process was simple. Rebecca maintained very friendly and professional communication throughout, as well as offering advice about our trip and detailed instructions for everything.
We would not hesitate to return to Bridge Wharf in the future. Thank you so much for everything.

BRIDGE WHARF WAS EVERYTHING WE EXPECTED AND MORE!

Bridge wharf was immaculate and more spacious than we expected. It was an ideal location for my daughters wedding in Islington and also only a short walk to tube stations to get around London too.
Rebecca was very attentive before and during our stay and was also helpful when I asked her advice on arranging cabs for our wedding which we really appreciated.
Parking outside was invaluable for us and the caretaker was kind enough to allow us extra spaces on the day of the wedding.
This property is ideal for a family visiting London - it has everything!
We hope to return again in the future for a family get together. Thank you very much Rebecca.

Our townhouse is very centrally located being just a short 5 minute walk from Kings Cross St Pancras International Station, which has more underground connections than any other London station. There are four main services from the station - Eurostar, East Midlands trains, Southeastern and First Capital Connect.

This property was refurbished at the beginning of 2012 with a new sofa, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining table and chairs for 6 and all new linens/towels and crockery and kitchen utensils. At the beginning of 2013, a brand new contemporary family bathroom was added, the kitchen floor replaced, the back bedroom was redecorated. The kitchen opens onto a small narrow, terraced area, where smoking is allowed. A cot-bed and high chair are available upon request. An off-street parking space, just outside of the congestion zone is included in the rates quoted.
