This luxury detached villa has 4 bedrooms with 4 balconies and one large balcony area with outdoor seating and shade. It comprises of 2 double beds and 6 single beds allowing accommodation for up to 12 people with a sofa bed. There are 3 shower rooms/toilets, 2 en-suite. All rooms are tastefully furnished with beautifully tiled flooring, and ceiling fans with air conditioning in two of the bedrooms. Bed linen and towels are provided. Tata SKY TV is also available.
The villa has a fully fitted kitchen incorporating fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas hob, toaster and kettle, iron, and water filter and hot water geezers. An inverter supplies power to one light and one fan in each room in case of a power cut. The villa stands in its own walled and gated grounds surrounded by landscaped gardens and there is parking for a scooter or car. It is about 500 m from the very peaceful Betalbatim / Beach and then a short walk to the livelier Colva Beach and village. Access to a communal swimming pool can be arranged.
Betalbatim/Colva: Betalbatim which is close to Colva is a small village in south Goa on the shores of the Arabian Sea. The church in Colva is famous for its annual religious event—Fama of Menino Jesuse (Child Jesus)—since the 17th century. The predominantly Catholic community celebrates it on the third Monday of October every year. It is one of Goa’s most popular feasts and a big fair is held on the occasion. Christian, Hindu and Muslim festivals are celebrated in Goa throughout the year. If you like to shop for a bargain whilst enjoying the beach restaurants offering a variety of Goan dishes as well as western foods, then visit one of the colourful and exotic night markets where one can buy hand-crafted artefacts, antiques as well as European goods. The trinket stalls,the food and drink stands and the live music, on the golden sands, under the moonlight make the evening utterly romantic. Maybe try your hand at paragliding or jet-skiing or take a boat trip to see the dolphins.

To get a sense of the history of South Goa take a tour to Old Goa with its fascinating temples and churches or visit the Spice Farm and help to bathe the elephants. The waterfalls at Dudhsagar are also a very popular where you can feed the monkeys and then take a Jeep ride through the National Park before cooling off in the natural lake at the bottom of the falls.

The beach also offers a range of water sports e.g. para sailing, jet skies. The main street in Colva also has supermarkets, banks, chemists, opticians, a night club, internet cafes, etc.
