This luxury Florida villa is situated in the secure, gated community of Villa Sol. Villa Sol has been described as 'tucked away, yet in the middle of everything.' (Also known as the intersection of Osceola Parkway and Boggy Creek Road.) Although our villa is only a 10-minute drive from Orlando International Airport, you could be a world away. Villa Sol is surrounded by 100-year-old oak trees and gives access to one of central Florida's largest lakes. You can enjoy a day of water sports and fishing as you dock your boat along Boggy Creek, which runs through Villa Sol. We are 10 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO). 20 minutes from Disney and all the major theme parks and attractions. 15 minutes from the Florida Mall. Fantastic Dream Home

25th Sept 2009 - Delayed 5 hours and arrived in the dark, went straight to Villa, so easy to find. The welcome pack was a godsend as no time to go to the shops and to wake up and have breakfast was so thoughtful. The property is so clean and spacious with two wings on opposite sides of the house ideal for 2 separate families, the computer, tv's, board games, free telephone to call home, dvd's, snooker & games room were all an added luxury as was the hot tub. Location to Disney was just one straight road, so everything was so easy to find. I choose this villa from the 5 star recommendations and certaintly was NOT dissappointed, anyone who is thinking of staying in Orlando - stay here!
Owner's Response: Delays are not uncommon when travelling, so we know how important it is to have a straightforward journey to your holiday villa once you finally arrive at your destination. Providing a welcome pack with the essentials for breakfast the next morning is all part of the 5 star service our guests receive.

Perfect situated and privacy for everybody

An excellent place for a large family - and everybody had enough privacy. My sprouse and I with 2 boys (10 and 15 years) met my son (24) with his girlfriend and spent 11 wonderful days in early September. Once again we went into theme parks, to Kennedy space centre, had a swim with dolphins and even to the Atlantic coast it took us only one hour. As I have been in Orlando for several times, I focused on a perfect situated large house with pool and nature. And indeed: That it is. Within 20 minutes you reach the main attractions with never heavy traffic.
Everything was very well maintained, excellent clean and the service was really perfect: even the first breakfast with everything was already in the fidge. And all the necessary things for kids (a 100 DVDs, PC with internet and a large room to play. And a stunning lake-view. And in the evening everybody waited till our personal young alligator (snappy) came along down in the lake to take his lessons in German. And in a hot September the pool was a must for everybody!
Guess we will be back when we visit Orlando again.

A Wonderful Holiday Experience

I had a wonderful experience for my first visit to Florida. We rented this holiday home for 6 nights, it was very clean, cozy, had plenty of room and with all the amenities of home. Pool area was so peaceful and quite. Beautiful area and lots of theme parks just 10 -15 minutes away. I recommend this holiday house for families or even couples just wanting a relaxing holiday. Marilyn thank you again for a wonderful vacation experience in your home.

Fantastic villa holiday

Party of 3 stayed here mid september. What can i say, i couldnt get over the size and space of this lovely villa. All main areas open plan with large kitchen dinner and living area where you could sit and watch all that was going on in the pool and fabulous lake. Alli the gator came to see us most days he was fun!! To be in the pool and have an alligator so close was really good. Brilliant games room where we enjoyed many games of pool (which i mostly lost...) The Villa is in excellent condition very clean and tidy and in a great location. Walmart just down the road. Visit Applebees restaurant most nights. Really nice food at a good price. Most parks within a 10-15 min car journey which is good, not to close but not to far from the fun. Had a slight problem with the blinds in the living room, rang the property managment company and they sorted it out within and hour so no complains there. Free international calls and internet are a welcome bonus. All in all a great place to stay while you holiday in florida.

Fabulous villa in stunning location

My fiance and I and our 3 children (10yrs and 2 11yrs) have just returned from this beautiful villa. It is gorgeous inside and out! We lay by the pool or in the jacuzzi watching the sun come up and go down, over a lovely lake. The baby alligator paid us a visit too, but nothing to be scared of, it cant get in the villa!

The villa was so comfortable and very clean and the games room and internet went down a treat with our kids. They asked everyday whilst at the parks "can we go back to the villa now"!

My fiance has been to villa's in the US 4 times and this was by far the best villa he has been in. We will definately return to it and are recommending it to everyone!

Its about 20mins straight road driving to most parks and it was heaven coming back to it after the heat and queuing.

Absolutely perfect!
