300 year old country house at the foot of a tower defense from XIth century A.D. in the town of Sant Pere de Ribes by forest and vineyards.

Large kitchen fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave oven, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, cutlery, cooking utensils, dinner service and glasses. Two large dining rooms and spacious living room with chimney, HIFI with CD player.

TV room with DVD. Washing machine and linen area. Wifi available.

The property has outdoor parking space, swimming pool with large garden to sunbathe and BBQ. Sauna and some gym facilities available.

Laundry area with wasching machine.

Trains to Barcelona / Tarragona just 5 minutes drive. 15 minutes drive from the Alt Penedès area to visit wineries.

Golf: Sitges Terramar Golf Club: 18 holes. Roc Del Portal Pitch and Putt: 18 hole course.

La Molina Ski Resort: a two hours drive from Sant Pere de Ribes. With events and activities in winter and summer.
