Why Kimberly or Monica chose Weaverville

We built this home to sell as a spec house back when the market was hot. As we were building it we fell in love and decided to keep it. To offset our costs we rent it to folks looking to enjoy themselves in the mountains.

Seven of us, my siblings, and spouses stayed here for the weekend. It was very nice, secluded. It was exactly as described. We would definitely stay there again. I would and have already recommended this property to other friends and family. Downtown Asheville is 10 minutes away, a beautiful town.

Beautiful Vacation Home!

This vacation home was so nice, and very clean. We had alot of family staying together and it worked perfectly for all to have private space as well as large enough that everyone could get in one room together ! The decor was beautiful and inviting, very well done ! We loved having a pool table and game table downstairs, some played cards while others played pool, and the rest piled on the huge sofa and watched football ! The outside porches had lots of rocking chairs to sit and look at the mountains, especially loved the porch swing ! It was even better than we expected. The little town of Weaverville is so darling, a little tourist town with cute shops and cafe's to stroll around in. Thank you for such a wonderful place to enjoy with our family, it could not have been more perfect !

This house is amazing!

We stayed at this rental home because of a wedding right up the road. It was perfect, we were able to have all of the family in one house. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit and visit together, there were also plenty of activities on site. The pool table and big screen TV in the game room was a hit. The large kitchen and huge gas grill was perfect for making meals large enough for the whole crew.

Very happy with house and owner!

Me and my family (6 adults, one toddler, and one German Shepherd) recently spent 3 nights here and it worked out perfect for us. The house was like new, super clean, and laid out so that everyone had their personal space. The view from the porch was beautiful, and the location was close to town and Asheville. We would definitely stay here again! My only concern was that the driveway was tricky for 3 big vehicles! After we left, my 22 year old daughter discovered she had left 3 of her college books in the house, and within a day the owner had located them and had them sent overnight to my daughter. Disaster averted!!! Thanks again!!!
