6 spacious double rooms all with views overlooking the garden, field, or the orange and lemon orchard. Each room has its own unique bathroom all, you have whirlpool bathtubs. On the ground floor there spaceful living room with fireplace and sofas in front of the table where to spend the evenings watching TV or playing cards and a good table to make a good dinner or lunch with friends and / or family. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster and cooking utensils, all this for you is easier when you prepare meals - There are several terraces on the estate, two in the top floor. A private room (is that which sees in the photo has its own staircase) and another that gives two rooms. and the bottom, where there is next to the barbecue and wood oven ... everything works. Also we have two othersfinca- apartment s'olivera and es garrover if you are less people with double big room, with a good view , you will have a kitchen well equipated and a dinnning room with a tv.satelit, sofa-cama, where you can stay very comfortable, more over a chimeney in winter it's a good idea. The finca, it's very near from Es trenc, Santanyi, Campos and also only 35 minutes far from Palma city, so it's very well situated. If you need something the owner will be very pleased to help you. Also they make you special dishes if you want. If you would like to rent a bike tell us and we will find you one.

This Finca it's situated between Santanyi and Campos so it's easy to go to the best beach of Mallorca, Es Trenc (about 7 km of virgin beach), practice golf, its close to two golf clubs one in llucmajor and one in Santanyi, and you have a natural park in 5 minutes by car. But it's not necessary go to anywhere if you want pace. This finca is in the country without noises of cars, only the sound of birds you will hear while you are in the terrace or in the swimming pool, good ways to do a walk by foot or by bike.

ARE YOU 2 - 8 or 10 people?? : HOUSE built 1860, renovated trying to preserve their character and beauty. There we can appreciate their living stone exterior walls,furniture and decoration typical of the Majorcan culture. The house is in a land of some 37000 m2 Around the house there is a planting of olive trees that their owners care very carefully for a limited production of virgin olive oil with Designation of Origin. In addition we have a small vegetable garden as well as different types of fruit trees and flowering plants that make you a great range of colors on the plot which vary according to the season

ACTIVITIES TO DO IN THE AREA.: Lots of well maintained roads for jogging, biking, go skating or walking. And Camp? the buns, patties on any horn. On Saturdays there are antiques market, fruit and vegetables, do not miss not going to Tompa a 'Variat' at some bar! The privileged location makes it perfect to practice many activities such as canoeing, cycling along country roads .. Two Golf Courses are just 20 minutes! Evening walks through the countryside, along the beach, shopping, go to the Art Galleries in Santanyi or Colonia St Jor
