Short term or long term rental apartment - located Av.Franklin Roosevelt, between the Seine and the Champs Elysees, in the heart of Paris, close to all subways and buses, walking distance to museums, theatres, cinemas, restaurants and night life. Also considered to be in the 'Golden Triangle' you are next block to all famous designers. 1/2 block to the Rond Point (subway lines # 1, #13 and # 9). It is a 1930's building with elevators. Guardian and intercom. The 5th floor consists of a one bedroom suite with separate living area and fully equipped kitchenette and a large bathroom with corner stall shower, window and towel warmer (We have another one bedrosame on the 6th floor). There are washer/dryer in each unit, TV cable, wireless internet and all top of the line bedding and appliances. Designer furniture. All lights are on dimmers and both units face west with view of the Eiffel Tower. WE HAVE ANOTHER FLAT ON THE 6TH FLOOR, FULL ONE BEDROOM WITH VIEWS. PLSE INQUIRE

This unit is located in the same building as the one on the 6th Floor and it has a grand view of the Eiffel Tower, with West exposure, light, airy and comfortable. The 6th Floor has a small balcony with sliding glass doors. A living/dining area with a separate bathroom, a full bathroom with shower. Both apartments were fully rebuilt 2 years ago. It is modern and comfortable with a fully equipped American Kitchen. The apartments are located on Avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, by the Rond Point des Champs Elysees and the world famous Champs Elysees with 3 subways lines (1,9 and 13) and many buses at your doorstep. Elevators and guardian. 1930's building in great condition. It is with central air conditioning.
