Very elegant Duplex in Paris. Recently reformed. This vacation rental of 40M² is comprised of one bedroom. The living room has one single sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped with Dish washer and vitrocemaric stove. There is a bathroom and a toilet. The apartment is situated in a neighborhood appreciated by the local Parisians and close to a number of monuments. There is all the modern equipment : Internet High speed Wifi, Lcd TV with international channels, DVD Player with some Dvd. Is is situated on the 4th French floor of 17th century walk up building. This apartment is equipped with : decorative fireplace, dishwasher, terrace (20m2. A terrace in the center of paris is really a very special advantage !(please notice this apartment is not recommended for tall people)

Je vais régulièrement à Paris en weekend avec ma soeur et j'ai fait une véritable découverte avec apartmentparis.fr, car l'appartement était superbe, propre et bénéficier d'une terrasse en plein Paris est un atout très appréciable. Dorénavant je louerai toujours un appartement plutôt que d'aller à l'hôtel. C'est moins cher et beaucoup plus agréable.
