Villa SEAFRONT HEAVEN has been constructed and delivered end 2011, built with the very best materials and fitted with exclusive furniture. This villa is one of the most luxurious private beach villa available for short term rental on the island. The villa is in the same Bay as the presidential villa of THE ONE AND ONLY ST GERAN. The beach in front of the villa is quite narrow, mainly at high tide, but nice sandy beaches are within walking distance on both directions.You will enjoy the gastronomic restaurants in the 5 stars hotels of the region. Among the best known are the St. Géran, the Belle Mare Plage Hotel and the Beau Rivage Hotel.

The villa as 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms air-conditioned. Housing capacity 8. Splendid pool and Pool House.

Fully fitted kitchen. This villa is ideal for holidays with family and friends, away from the touristic towns!

The surroundings: Excellent Golf Courses are very close to the villa in Belle Mare or within 20-30 minutes drive. They are:- The Links, The Legend, Anahita and Ile Aux Cerfs 18-hole golf courses.

The East boasts the most beautiful lagoons and easily accessible public beaches

A day trip on boat to l'Ile aux cerfs and the famous waterfalls of GRSE is 20 minutes drive..

Diving Centres are numerous and to be found operating from all the major hotels within 15 minutes drive from the villa.

The most famous is at Belle Mare Plage Hotel 2 kms from the villa.

Hiking or quad-biking can be practiced in the Domaine de L’ Etoile.

Grand-Bay with all its tourist attractions, and Port louis, the capital is only 45 minutes away by car.

Kitchen: The kitchen is modern, fully equipped.

Staffs: A maid is in the villa everyday form 9am to 1pm to clean the house and she can cook one meal. If you need her to cook a second meal, than she can work on extra in overtime (Rs 100/ hour)

Beautiful and well maintained villa of high standard. The infinity pool is just superb, and the location and views could not have been better. In addition to the maid we also had a nanny, and they were just amazing. So friendly, so service minded, and great personalities! Our kids wanted them to come back to Norway with us... The beach is quite narrow, but still nice. Great snorkeling minutes away. Walking ditance to St Geran and Belle Mare along the beach. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts, but this is taking your vacation to the next level - Villa Seafront Heaven, vacation 2.0!
