Lovely, comfortable, Parisian apartment

Our family of five enjoyed 4 days in this perfectly situated apartment. There was ample room for eating, sleeping, and lounging about. The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished. We felt very much at home. The location is ideal; close to the Louvre, Notre Dame & St. Chapelle, as well as many other attractions. There are unlimited options for dining and shopping just outside the front door. The only aspect that prevents me from giving a 5-star rating is the relative lack of privacy within the apartment. The loft with the largest bed is open to the living room. While there are curtains that block sight, they don't block sound. As we had children sleeping on the sofa bed in the main room (which, by the way, was the most comfortable sofa bed any of us have ever encountered!), any noise by us in the loft or them in the living room was amplified. Still, I would highly recommend this apartment for families.

Thanks so much for your appreciation. Actually the apartment is very open, with its mezzanine which is a good thing because it contributes to its charm. Generally people feel good inside because of the inner courtyard, far from the busy streets. But I am aware that the noises inside may be amplified by the floorplan.
