'Tigger Woods' is a lovely spacious 4 bedroom villa with a vaulted ceiling on a large corner plot in a quiet peaceful secure community. It has its own private heated pool and is without question in the best location in Orlando for short term rentals, only 10 minutes (7 miles) drive to entrance to Disney World theme parks and with 30-40 restaurants within a 5 minute drive and supermarkets/pharmacies on your doorstop. The villa sleeps up to 8 people. Villa has a fully equipped kitchen and is fully air conditioned, there is full cable TV in lounge and in each of 4 bedrooms. There is a separate laundry room for your own use during your stay to wash, dry and iron your clothes. We provide loads of towels and all your bed linen.
The pool is accessed from lounge is totally private with screening on all sides and has a large pool deck with sunbeds for you to relax on a covered porch with table and chairs. Pool area also has child security alarms fitted on all windows leading to pool area.
Location of Villa: The villa is situated in Davenport Lakes community with direct access from US27 very close to the US192 and I4. Davenport Lakes has its own lake, tennis courts, community pool, children's play area and is within walking distance of 2 golf courses and within a 10 minute drive of 6 golf courses (including Orange Lake).
