Comfortable house

Comfortable base for holidaying close to the parks of Orlando. Our party was made up of 3 generations of one family, grandparents, 2 daughters and their husbands and 4 grandchildren and the house provided spacious accommodation for us. It is, however, looking a little tired around the edges with insufficient pool deck furniture to accommodate large groups. There are only 2 loungers, and 6 chairs for use around the patio table which makes it difficult for larger groups to enjoy the outdoor living that Florida has to offer. We have been to Florida 5 times previously (albeit not staying in the Orlando area) and this was the first time we have encountered a house with limited equipment. For a house purportedly set up for families, there is additional cost involved in hiring basics such as highchair, cot, barbeque etc. That said, we loved the area and had a lovely holiday together.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review of our property. Firstly we are pleased that you enjoyed our Luxury Accommodation and the location it offers. The property is less than 4 years old with numerous guests enjoying its facilities, some of whom have returned many times. This of course does mean that the upkeep and maintenance is an ongoing process, which we rigorously follow. The point you raise about the highchair, cot and BBQ was explained at the time of booking. The safety and cleanliness of this equipment can't be guaranteed from one guest to another, we therefore don't keep these items at the house, but they are available for rent, by those who want/need them. This way cleanliness and safety are guaranteed. The point you make about the chairs has been noted and extra seating/loungers will be provided, as there were only 8 in your party and there are 8 chairs/loungers, we trust this didn't cause too much inconvenience
