The apartment is in the green, in 5-minute walk to the Castello Pasquini and 10 minutes walking to reach the sea and in the center of the country. The owner of the apartment can perform, on request, weekly watercolor classes for adults and children. The courses are held or at his studio, located in the vicinity of, or 'en plein air', visiting the beautiful landscapes that have made Castiglioncello through the school of painting 'Macchiaioli'. The weekly cost of course, excluding the material necessary for its development (color, paper, brushes) is 200 euros. Where the material is provided by the teacher, the cost will have a surcharge of 50 euros per week.
