This spacious 3 bedroom town house with 2 bathrooms and additional toilet facilities, it is located on the 'New Golden Mile' in Costa del Sol between Marbella and Estepona. Situated in well kept communal gardens it sleeps up to 8 and has its own private garden and spacious sunroof, ideal for BBQ. Two of the bedrooms have their own balcony. The accommodation is suitable for large groups, including golfers one or two families a travel cot is provided with large baby mat for toddlers . It is within 10 minutes walking distance from the beach and amenities, parking is available on site.
The satilite television at the house has many European and UK channels to reflect ithe international client, so children can be kept entertained whilst parents are relaxing in its own private garden.
The town house is 5 minutes walk from two large supermarkets selling freshly baked bread and fresh produce. The village of Cancelada famous for its restaurants with its weekly market is a 10 minute walk from the property. The five star award winning Villa Padierna with its 18 hole championship golf course Los Flamingos is nearby, so to is the Bel Air Tennis Club. A bus stop is 10 minutes walk from the property with buses to Estepona and Marbella.

Apart from the five star award winning Villa Padierna one of the most prestigious hotels in Malaga where Michelle Obama stayed on holiday, there is also the nearby Hotel Selenza with its luxury spa. The property is situated near golf fairways. The property is 15 min driving distance to Puerto Banus and Marbella with luxury shops and night-life. Estepona a typical Spanish town with its many golf fairways is also 15 min drive, with San Pedro a village less than 10 minutes drive.
