The villa where the studios / apartments are located has been built in Andalusian style. Located in Cerrado de Calderon, one of the best residential areas of Malaga city, at the east of Malaga city with excellent views to the mountains and the sea. It is a quiet area surrounded by pine trees. There are parking places just outside, which is very complicated and expensive in downtown Malaga. 3.5 km from the city historic center. Only 300 m. away there is an area with supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and shops. 900 m. away is the beach, Los Baños del Carmen, and 1,300 m. away is the seafront at PEDREGALEJO, area of restaurants and bars where you can sit down on a terrace to enjoy the famous Malaga fried fish and other Mediterranean dishes such as paella, with great views to the bay of Malaga city. Central heating, wifi internet line 24 hours a day. From September to June can be rented for long term.

Hints and Tips: Malaga with its excellent cuisine is considered one of the best gastronomic regions of Spain, in typical Mediterranean and international cuisine. In climate outdoor seating in any terrace is a delight. Located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, connected by train, road and air, is one of the best cities to visit Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Marbella, Ronda, Nerja, and many white villages of the province. The birthplace of Picasso, Picasso Museum, Alcazaba, Cathedral. Tapas Bar. preisgünstige Ferienwohnung verkehrsgünstig

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, kümmert sich um alle Anliegen der Gäste.
Parkmöglichkeit, Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus - PKW oder Fahrt mit dem Bus wird empfohlen, da die Wohnung am Berg liegt und die Einkäufe und der Gang zum Strand bei Hitze anstrengend ist. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ideal. Der Platz in der Wohnung ist knapp. Die Küchenecke ist zwar klein aber ausreichend.
Eine 3-Personen Belegung wäre ideal weil die Schlafcouch für zwei Erwachsene ist etwas zu schmal ist.
Allgemein ruhige Lage, wenn am Abend oder nachts nicht Mopeds und Motorroller die Idylle stören würden, da das Schlafzimmerfenster nahe an der Strasse ist.
Die Situation mit der Waschmaschine ist unbefriedigend, da nur eine einzige Waschmaschine für alle Gäste ausreichen muss und der Strom für die Waschmaschine nur für eine bestimmte Zeit zur Verfügung steht.
Empfehlung: jederzeit wieder. Preis/Leistung ist OK

Comfortable 6 week Stay

My sister and I stayed here for 6 weeks and we had a very comfortable time. We didn’t have any problems with any of the appliances and all the utensils needed for cooking were available in the kitchen. There was plenty of storage in the apartment and the air conditioning was definitely worth the extra cost.

The owner was great, he would gladly answer any questions we had and help us practice our Spanish. He also recommended some good local attractions and restaurants to visit.

The apartment is a short walk to Malaca Insituto, and a market, and within walking distance to the beach. If you are not much of a walker, there is a bus close to the apartment that can take you to these places and also to Malaga Central.

The apartment worked out well for the both of us and we recommended it to a friend of ours as well.

We, a father, a mother and a 10 year old daughter, spent 6 days in this small and well equipped apartment and we are very happy that we have found it. We had everything we needed. Everything was clean from the beginning. At night, it was quiet, the beach is near and it is possible to walk to the city centre within 20 minutey, approximately. For people who do not speak Spanish it is perfect that Juan Gonzalez speaks English and even if he solely spoke Spanish it is more than possible to communicate with him and find a common understanding. The house has a nice atmosphere and we all felt very well and comfortable.

Means of access.

The Airport is 14 km. away. You can take a taxi that costs 30 € more or less. By bus until the terminal of the centre, and from the centre bus number 33 to Cerrado de Calderón. The train station, and interurban bus station are 5 km away, and a taxi from the apartment costs about 10 Euros. By your own transport, It depends on where you are coming from. Ask for further information.

To get around the city a Bonobus at a very economical price is the solution.
