2 bed 2 bath apartment with Lift, HD TV, PlayStation, iPod dock, Wi-Fi

This is a very large 5th floor apartment with lots of light and good views.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom which enjoys a very large en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, bide and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, its own terrace and its own en suite bathroom. There is a very large fitted wardrobe in each bedroom so lots of storage space. The bedrooms are at the back of the building so it’s very quiet. There is a third bathroom for guests giving you 3 toilets in total.

The kitchen is a good size and if fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer dryer, integrated oven and separate grill, microwave, fridge freezer, and the all important Nespresso Coffee machine.

Electronically it comes fully loaded with very large flat screen Hi Definition TV, PS play station machine, Apple TV and iPod docking stations and free Wi-Fi

This is a truly amazing apartment in the heart of London and a sheer delight to stay in.

•Booking procedures: You will need to fill in our booking form and email it back to us.

A £500 deposit will be required to be paid to our PayPal account in order to secure your booking - this will be refunded in full after a successful check out.

The rent is paid by direct transfer into our bank account at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival date

Your contract will be emailed to you prior to your arrival and we kindly ask you to sign this and email it back to us with a copy of your passport

Check In and Service: Check in

Check-in time is 14.00 - check-out time is 10.00. Late check-out or early check-ins may be possible on a case by case basis. We like to greet all our guests personally so that we can show you all the features of the apartment and also explain how to get to the nearest grocery stores and how to operate the WiFi.

Arrivals before 09.00 or after 19.00 will incur a £30 check in fee to pay for the cleaner to come out to greet you


Our offices are around the corner from the apartments - so we are there to ensure you have everything you need and that your stay with us is the best if could possibly be.

•Availability: We have now over 10 Apartments all in the heart of the West End City Centre. All our apartments are with in 10 min walk from each other. So if the availability of this apartment is showing that its booked, then please still send in your enquiry and we will email you back details of the apartments that are available for the dates you requested.

Very nice apartment in the heart of London .

The apartment is very nice exactly like in the presentation pictures .

All the furniture is ok and everything works properly .

Because it has such a good location a saved a lot of moneys and time spend in my previous visits with the transport .

Evan London has a good transport system in is not cheap and you pay more than 6 pounds per day only for the tube .

If you multiply this with 4 persons ...

Also if you don't live near the centre you loose 2 hours per day with he transport .

I liked very much the apartment it is clean , good furniture , spacious ..., evan is expensive worth the moneys

Thumbs up!!!! -good apartment in a great location

Recently my family and I had a vacation in London and we stayed at the apartment in Piccadilly. I was personally quite worried about the apartment, and had gone through a bad experience once.

This time it was completely different. the apartment looks exactly like the pictures online. On arrival we were greeted by Lorie, who helped us with our luggage as well as walk us through the apartment. The apartment was clean and we were provided with clean sheets, blankets, towels and soap. We also had all the amenities mentioned. We had a problem with our washing machine, but Lorie picked up and sort out our laundry without any charges.

With regards to the location, it was per description. It was near some of the great shopping streets in London, such as Old Bond Street and Jermyn Street. Not forgetting that it was 3 stops away from Piccadilly Circus. We were also very near to Buckingham Palace, we just had to cross the street and walk through the park (7-8 minutes).

Communication with the property manager was also easy - we managed to communicate with each other through email, text messages and phone calls. I received a message from Solly, apologizing for not being able to greet me even though he was away and I was being managed by Lorie - that was a nice touch.

I would certainly recommend the property to others. Thumbs up!!!!

Pleasant stay in London

We just stayed here for a week and had a wonderful experience. The staff and owner were very easy to deal with and very accommodating. Their chauffeur will transport you to and from Heathrow for less than cost of a taxi and get you checked in with no difficulty.

The location is perfect with easy access to tube & bus(Green Park Station), grocery store (M&S) and the parks if you like a morning run. There are two Cafe Neros for coffee and at the exit of Green Park to Piccadilly a newspaper stand to get your morning aft to a good start.

The kitchen is well outfitted and for a one week stay there will be a change of linens and fresh towels. The cleaning service is friendly and prompt and did a good job.

I recommend you go and you will have a good time.

Excellent property and very conveniently located

Accurate description. A very spacious 2 bedroom apartment - both bedrooms were extremely generous. The main bedroom en-suite was exceptionally large, the second en-suite less so but there is an additional spacious cloakroom. Kitchen was nicely equipped and well proportioned with plenty of space to prepare and sit to eat in comfort. The decor of the entire flat is charming eightles style (gold taps, gold carpets etc.) and although originally of high quality is showing signs of age in places.

Filthy, dirty, dumpy, dangerous, cluttered, broken apartment in great location.

Where to begin? Was told to call 30 minutes before arrival. Called Pina at 30 and 20 mins before arrival. No answer, left message. Arrived at apt building, no one there. Called Pina again. No answer. Called Solly. No answer. After 30 minutes waiting on Piccadilly street, 4 of us with our luggage, I was about to go to a hotel. I tried texting Pina and finally got a reply. Someone is on their way now. A while later Will showed up. But sadly he does not have a key and cant even get us into the building. A little while later the housekeeper showed up and we were able to get in. But the unit was not yet clean or ready for us. This is 5:30pm. So while the apt is being "cleaned" we inspect it. I was sick that this dump is what I had rented.

This place has not had a dime of maintenance invested in it in years. Carpeting is absolutely filthy, truly disgusting. The walls are all stained with God knows what. There is garbage and clutter everywhere. The mirrored closet door in the entry hall is shattered. There is an uncovered electrical outlet in the hall. Poison ant traps laid out. Apt unsafe for any children.

The master bedroom sheets did not fit the bed. The room was cluttered with cushions and pillows and fans. The closet was packed full of junk, we were unable to unpack and lived out of our suitcases. Walls and carpets just gross and filthy. Duct tape around the bedroom window. Master bathroom with tiny shower stall, loose seat toilet, broken medicine cabinet, no counter space.

The 2nd bedroom had a sheet of wallpaper peeling above the bed. The sliding glass door to the terrace is completely out of the track and held in place by a peice of wood screwed to the ceiling. Living room tidy but still with filthy carpet and walls. There is NO playstation, NO iPod dock, NO AppleTV. You cannot get to the terrace as the door would not open, it was covered with dead plants anyway.

Used bathroom #3 for "solid", it didn't flush. Pina told me it is a slow flush. It's a NO flush. Dryer part of the washer/dryer is useless. After 9 hours we took our laundry to a cleaner around the corner.

In their defense, they did offer to move us to another apartment but I couldn't waste the time for that. On the 3rd day I got an email telling me the owner was coming back and I had to move elsewhere, leave my bags out in the hall and they would move us. We didnt have time for this nonsense, ignored the email and stayed put.

I only wish I could share my pictures. This place is awful.

Excellent Customer Service!

This was our first time renting from Home Away, so we were a bit nervous, but, fortunately, had no reason to be. Solly and his team provided excellent customer service and they greatly exceeded our expectations. Solly was very helpful by calling us, providing a phone number to speak with his niece in the United States, and was always prompt answering any questions we had. Our original inquiry was regarding a different apartment, which was unavailable, but Solly asked questions and provided us with a few options according to our specific needs. We chose this apartment at 100 Picaldilly mainly due to its prime location and because we had 7 people and wanted to have 2 bathrooms!

The driver, Chris, is highly recommended. Our group was split up and arrived late at different terminals, but Chris managed to find all of us and brought us to the apartment right away.

The apartment is spacious, secure, clean, and quiet. The pictures are accurate and the other reviews also describe the apartment correctly. The pullout couch in the living room worked well for our grown children along with the couch. Due to our missing luggage, we needed to remain close to the apartment for the first two evenings, but we were happy to discover traditional pubs and quaint restaurants down White Horse Street, next to the apartment. The Green Park tube station, which has an elevator, is 5 minutes walking distance along with a grocery store, Pret, and Starbucks.

We were able to walk to several attractions through Green Park such as Buckingham Palace, The Royal Mews, Queens Gallery, Churchill War Museum, the Guards Museum, and even continued down to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and finally to the London Eye.

We would not hesitate to rent this apartment again or to contact Solly for one of his other apartments!
