The apartment is centrally located on the development, and 5 minutes walk from the club house which has a bar and restaurant. The accommodation is of a high standard and fully equipped with quality bathrooms and kitchen, and marble floors throughout. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining area, kitchen with laundry room, air conditioning/heating and a spacious balcony with views of the golf course, and lake, across to the sea. Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club has an 18 hole, par 72, championship golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros, driving range and pro shop. As well as being an ideal location for golfers, Los Arqueros offers a wide variety of other amenities with communal swimming pools, tennis, paddle tennis, a gymnasium. squash courts, sauna, and children's play area.

Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club is located at the foot of the Sierra Blanca mountains and is conveniently situated within 10 minutes drive of the Spanish town of San Pedro de Alcantara with its beaches, beach restaurants and new promenade five minutes further on. A 15 minute drive gets you to the heart of the fashionable marina of Puerto Banus where you can sit at one of the many restaurants admiring the luxury yachts, or browse in the world famous designer shops. Cosmopolitan Marbella, with its 'old town' cobbled streets and Orange Square is within easy reach (25 minutes drive), as are the picturesque mountain villages for which the region is known. Los Arqueros is within close proximity to other golf courses, a short drive to several local supermarkets and is ideally situated 10 minutes from the E115 highway, which leads to Malaga airport (45 minutes drive). Flights can also be taken to Gibraltar airport (45 minutes drive).
