Stylish finishes and furnishings - Villa Ixora is decorated stylishly throughout, in fresh, calm tones and with comfortable, luxurious furniture. With bright rooms and high wooden beamed ceilings, the villa has a lovely sense of space. Living, dining and kitchen areas - The living room is bright and comfortable, with large cushioned sofas and a bookcase full of good reads to get stuck into during your stay. The dining room has space for 8 guests, and a large curved window to look out through whilst you enjoy your meals. The kitchen again is a great size, and extremely well equipped with all you will need to prepare meals during your stay. 3 fantastic bedrooms with AC - Villa Ixora has three lovely double bedrooms, all beautifully furnished and with air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have king size iron four poster beds, and the third has two single beds. The Master bedroom also has the great feature of french windows, opening out onto the terrace and fabulous ocean views. Terrace and outside areas - This villa has a lovely 27" long swimming pool, along with a gazebo and a large whirlpool bath for two people. There are also two outdoor showers which are perfect after a dip in the sea. The terrace is a great area, and this overlooks landscaped gardens, which lead down to the waterfront. On the sun deck, there is plenty of space to relax and soak up the Caribbean sunshine. There is also plenty of shaded seating for guests to cool down. Watersport Equipment Available - Ixora villa has a kayak available for guests to enjoy, and there is also a sub aqua school at Prickly Bay Beach nearby. Ten minutes from the villa on Grand Anse Beach are opportunities for guests to hire windsurfing, sub aqua equipment, bananas and ski-jets. Also available for guest use at the villa are the CD player complete with CD collection, two TV's with cable, fax machine, library, games and internet access.
