It is situated alongside other very exclusive properties. The villa has been built to the owners specification and no expense has been spared in making it one of the most attractive properties in the area. Villa Panoramica has a private tropical garden and pool with a BBQ area and extensive sun terraces, with spectacular views to the mountains and sea. The main house consists of 2 double bedrooms & 3 twin bedroom, with 3 bathrooms, plus a cloakroom, a very large kitchen/breakfast room with patio doors leading to the main terraces. The luxury kitchen is fitted with extensive units, built-in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. A magnificent large dining room with digital SKY system, pool table and table tennis table. Extensive terraces lead to the sweeping stairway to the pool area.

The villa is only a short drive to Marbella town and Puerto Banus. The local beach, shops, supermarkets, bars, discos, restaurants, tennis and squash courts, horse riding and golf courses all within a couple of minutes from the villa. Cabopino is nearby and has one of the best beaches on the coast and during the high season there are life guards. The beach has two excellent bars and restaurants. The port / marina is a wonderful location with superb restaurants and bars. There are water sports available here, including dolphin trips, paragliding, banana boats etc. There are many golf courses. There are a number of theme parks, aqua parks, shopping centres, local markets. It is possible to have day trips to Gibraltar, Rhonda, Granada, Sierra Nevada to name but a few.
