Our Victoria 1-Bedroom Apartments are a delight, situated at the very heart of London's political, historic, and business districts. In fact, you're right on one of the world's most famous streets; Buckingham Palace Road.

The area is very central, very safe, and you'll experience the lovely village-esque atmosphere when staying here. The apartments themselves are set within a small, quiet block, just a short walk away from the Houses of Parliament and the West End's theatres, amongst many, many other attractions.

Local Attractions : Tate Britain, the oldest art gallery of the famed Tate network, is a mere 10-minute walk away. The Palace of Westminster, built in the 11th century and still the centre of of political life in the United Kingdom, is only 10 minutes away, by foot. Westminster Abbey, a Royal Peculiar and the traditional place of coronation and burial for monarchs of the Commonwealth realm, is also only 10 minutes away, by foot. The Regency Cafe, a traditional English greasy spoon serving full English breakfasts and cups of tea all day, is right at your doorstep. Hyde Park, a Royal Park of London and one of the largest parks in the city, is near to the apartment. Piccadilly Circus, a road junction and public space connecting shopping and entertainment areas, is in the area. Soho, a fashionable district of upmarket restaurants and media offices, can be walked to very easily. The British Museum, who's collections are amongst the largest and most comprehensive in the world, is also nearby.

The Victoria Lilac Apartment is a 430 square foot, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom dwelling, on the 1st floor of the building, and located at the very heart of London's political and historic district on Buckingham Palace Road in Westminster. It is a peaceful place and providing a very village-esque feel. The living room features a dining table with 4 chairs, as well as two sofas. For entertaining, there is a television, a DVD player, an MP3-compatible stereo, and high-speed internet capabilities without restriction of the amount of data transfer. The bathroom is very modern, and the bedroom comes fully equipped with a queen-sized orthopaedic mattress and very high quality bedding and linen, ensuring a great night's rest.

Set within London's most prestigious and historic area, Westminster, this luxurious apartment has it all. It is only a short walk to attractions such as Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, London Eye, Buckinham Palace, Hyde Parke, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Picadilly Circus, Thames River, National Gallery and much much more.

The apartment is only a short walk to three major tube (train) stations and Victoria Station is easily accessible.

The local area has an upmarket village feel. It is very safe. The building is a historic conversion and sits opposite a green square. The suite shares company with some of London's most elite, with movie stars and politicians drinking in the local pubs and numerous movies being shot in the local area.

This is a fantastic apartment in an unbeatable location!

Top location, 2min to Underground Station and Victoria, as well as various bus right outside the door. Independent check with number code locks, ie One can directly and without detours to the apartment. Spacious apartment with a bathroom, bedroom and living area with fully equipped kitchen.

The one-bedroom apartment was quite spacious, and the kitchen had all necessary utensils. It was very close to Victoria Station and the Gatwick Express.

The rental company, Boutique London Lets, was helpful and always replied within an hour to my emails. The keyless entry allowed us to check in without hassle or delay. The flat was in the perfect location, close to Victoria Station, St James park, Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Hyde Park, Leicester Square, etc. We saved a lot of money by being close enough to walk to many attractions.

The flat is not meant to provide a good view (we were surrounded by brick walls, or buildings being worked on), but it was quiet, clean, in a fantastic location, and it was private. The only other thing is, it was on the 3rd level, which was roughly 6 flights of stairs. We had a lot of luggage, but other than that, the stairs were in no way an issue. If someone had physical restrictions, this may not be the place for them.

The flat had everything we needed. We had a fantastic stay, and when we return, we will try to get this flat again.

Nice place. Fridge did not work but was fixed next day. You need to be 6' tall to see yourself in the bathroom mirror, but take the mirror off the wall in the bedroom!!! Nice living area with great French windows that open to the street. Bedroom is in the back and relatively quiet. Entry is by code and a ridiculously long number and hopefully they have replaced the light over the outside door so you can see the key pad. Yes I would stay here again.

Stayed here for five nights during the olympics. The check in was the only problem but that was resolved easily. The place was very nice and met my expectations, only thing was the oven was difficult to operate because all the icons have worn but eventual got it to work. Only took a few minutes to walk to victoria underground, and if you didnt want to take to underground it is within walking distance to many different places (Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, London eye, etc. Was very skeptical about the place when booking it but I would stay here again without hesitation.
