Villa is newly built and decorated and furnished with all the details, with a private garden patio and adorned with plants native to the Canary Islands. It also has a new private pool home. The location is excellent. The Aceitún is located on the seafront, with pedestrian access to the marina and the center of Great Tarajal. The house consists of three double bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. The dining room is meant to be a pleasant place of meeting in the house, very bright and exit to the garden. The kitchen is the dining room with patio access and has a fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher, while all the necessary utensils. The living space consists of furnishings for a comfortable stay, with plasma screen TV and satellite dish. The house can comfortably accommodate up to six people and are equipped with bed linen and bath towels. The villa is located in the Aceitun the Aceitún residential area, a unique and privileged position in the valley that borders the population of Great Tara

The Great Tarajal is a privileged place with a long spring weather with average temperatures ranging between 19 and 25 ° C. The beach is of fine black sand, blue flag of the European Community for its excellent condition and is surrounded by a boardwalk that provides care to all amenities, shops and restaurants where you can taste fresh fish.
